بررسي نقش تعامل برون سازماني پليس در مديريت پيشگيري از جرايم (فرماندهي انتظامي ويژه شرق استان تهران)

Police investigating the role of external engagement in the management of crime prevention (especially East Tehran police commander)

از راهبردهاي مهم ناجا در برقراري نظم و امنيت پايدار با توجه به اصل پيشگيري از جرايم، به مشاركت طلبيدن سازمان‌ها، نهادهاي دولتي و خصوصي و آحاد افراد جامعه است؛ بنابراين تعامل پليس با آموزش و پرورش، قوه قضائيه و شهرداري به‌عنوان تعدادي از نهادهاي برون سازماني با رعايت حقوق متقابل مي‌تواند نقش به‌سزايي در راستاي انجام مأموريت‌هاي پيشگيري از جرايم ايفا كند. اين پژوهش با هدف شناخت تأثير تعاملات برون سازماني ناجا در پيشگيري از جرايم شروع شده است. روش ﭘـﮋوﻫﺶ ﺣﺎﺿـﺮ از ﻧﻮع ﺗﻮﺻﯿﻔﯽ - پيمايشي ﺑﻮده و از نظر هدف كاربردي است. جامعه آماري اين پژوهش شامل كليه كارشناسان معاونت‌هاي ستادي و رؤساي كلانتري‌هاي شهرستان ورامين و قرچك به تعداد 150 نفر است كه از روش ﻧﻤـﻮﻧﻪ‌ﮔﯿﺮي ﺗﺼﺎدﻓﯽ ﺳﺎده تعيين شدند كه از اين تعداد بر اساس فرمول كوكران حجم نمونه 50 نفري انتخاب و براي ﮔﺮدآوري داده‌ها از ابزار پرسش‌نامه محقق ساخته از نوع طيف ليكرت 5 گزينه‌اي استفاده شده است، ضمناً روايي پرسش‌نامه توسط كارشناسان و براي پايايي آن از آزمون آلفاي كرونباخ استفاده شد كه ضريب آلفاي كرونباخ به‌دست آمده بالاي 0/90 است و تجزيه و ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ دادهﻫﺎ ﺑﺮ اﺳـﺎس دو روش آﻣﺎر ﺗﻮﺻﯿﻔﯽ و اﺳﺘﻨﺒﺎﻃﯽ و با استفاده از آزمون‌هاي كالماگروف – اسميرنوف و t تك نمونه‌اي صورت گرفت. نتايج آزمون‌هاي كالماگروف – اسميرنوف و t تك نمونه نشان مي‌دهند كه هر سه فرضيه (تعامل با مدارس، قوه قضائيه، شهرداري داراي توزيع نرمال مي‌باشند و تعامل پليس با مدارس، قوه قضائيه، شهرداري در سطح 0/95 اطمينان مثبت و معنادار است.

The police in restoring order and security strategies according to the principle of sustainable crime prevention, seeking participation of organizations, public and private institutions and individual members of society, so the police interaction with education, the judiciary, the mayor as a number of external agencies with a role in the mission of the reciprocal rights can play in crime prevention. This study aims to determine the impact of external interactions of police in crime prevention is started. The method in this research is descriptive- survey and the most practical goal. The study population included all experts and staff assistance of police chiefs in the city of Varamin and Qarchak 150 of which were determined by simple random sampling. Of which 50 were selected based on Cochran formula and to collect data from the questionnaire is used. Also validity by experts and Cronbachs alpha was used for reliability test which Cronbachs alpha coefficient obtained is above 90/0, and Data analysis is based on two methods of descriptive and inferential statistics and using the Kolmogorov smirnov one-sample T took place. The results of Kalmagrov- Smirnov one-sample t show that all three hypotheses (interaction with schools, judiciary, municipalities are normally distributed and interaction with schools, police, the judiciary, the municipal level is a significant and positive assurance 0.95.)
