خشونت عليه زنان از منظر سياست‌هاي ابلاغي مقام معظم رهبري(مدظله‌العالي)

Violence against women from the perspective of the supreme leader's communicative policies

موضوع خشونت عليه زنان از دو جهت حائز اهميت فراوان است. از يك‌سو مسئلة زنان در قرون اخير به يك مسئلة مهم جهاني تبديل شده است و يكي از مسائلي است كه سازمان‌هاي بين‌المللي در مورد آن بر جمهوري اسلامي ايران بسيار خرده مي‌گيرند و از سوي ديگر تعيين سياست‌هاي ابلاغي در حوزة خانواده طبق اصل 110 قانون اساسي خط‌مشي كلي نظام را در اين زمينه مشخص مي‌كند. پژوهش حاضر به بررسي اين موضوع از منظر سياست‌هاي ابلاغي پرداخته و پاسخگوي اين است كه اول اينكه اقدام مزبور در سبك زندگي اسلامي، ايراني چه جايگاهي دارد؟ دوم اينكه رفع و پايش خشونت عليه زنان تا چه حدي مي‌تواند در تحكيم خانواده تأثير داشته باشد؟ پژوهش مزبور بر اين فرضيه‌ها استوار است كه خشونت عليه زنان در سبك زندگي اسلامي-ايراني پذيرفته نشده است و اين امر به‌شدت تحكيم خانواده را به خطر مي‌اندازد. زني كه مورد خشونت قرار گيرد نمي‌تواند وظيفة مادري خود را به خوبي ايفا كند. در اين مقاله براي تحليل و تجزيه مطالب از روش توصيفي- تحليلي استفاده شده و با روش كتابخانه‌اي- اسنادي فرضيه‌هاي بالا اثبات شده است.

The issue of violence against women is important in two ways. On the one hand, the issue of women has become an important global issue in recent centuries, and one of the issues that international organizations criticize the Islamic Republic of Iran very much, and on the other hand, the determination of communication policies in the field of family. According to Article 110 of the Constitution, the general policy of the system in this regard is specified. The present study examines this issue from the perspective of communicative policies and answers these questions: First of all, what is the place of this action in the Iranian Islamic lifestyle? To what extent can the elimination and control of violence against women affect the consolidation of the family? The study is based on the hypothesis that violence against women is not accepted in the Iranian Islamic lifestyle, and this greatly threatens the consolidation of the family. In other words, a woman who is being abused will do her job well as. In this study with The method used in this research is documentary research method and the type of research are descriptive- analytical the above hypotheses have been proved.
