The Role of Instructing the Fate of Livelihood in Spiritual Elevation of Individual and Organization

تقدير معيشت يا عقل معاش، همان عقل زندگي، عقل اقتصادي و عقل اجتماعي است كه به فردي كه در جامعه زندگي مي‌كند و به نوعي درگير مسائل اقتصادي و اجتماعي است، توانايي فعاليّت موثر را مي‌دهد. پژوهش پيش رو با هدف تبيين چگونگي تأثير اين مهم در تعالي معنوي سازمان، با شيوة توصيفي و تحليلي و با مراجعه به منابع كتابخانه­ اي و بهره­ گيري از آيات و روايات، ضمن تعريف مفاهيم پژوهش، ميزان اهتمام تعاليم اسلامي به تقدير معيشت را شرح داده و ضمن بيان وظيفه حكومت در تأمين معاش جامعه، اشاره ­اي كوتاه به وضعيّت معيشتي كاركنان دولت داشته و در پايان تأثير عقل معاش بر تعالي معنوي فرد و سازمان را يادآور مي­ شود و به اين نتيجه رسيده كه يكي از وظايف سازمان­ ها آن است كه در جهت ارتقاء معنويّت افراد و به تبع آن، معنويت سازمان، آموزش تقدير معيشت و عقل معاش براي كاركنان را در اولويّت قرار دهد.

The fate of livelihood or the knowledge of home economy is also known as the life knowledge, economy knowledge and social knowledge which helps people who are living in a society and are dealing with economical and social affairs to act effectively. Aimed at explaining the quality of the effect of fate of livelihood on the spiritual elevation of the organization, the current research has adopted a descriptive-analytical framework, used library sources and enjoyed Quranic verses and tradition to define the concepts and uncover the duty of government in securing the livelihood and then considering the livelihood conditions of the state employees, underscore the importance of the knowledge of home economy on spiritual elevation of individuals and organization. The research has concluded that organizations, for promoting spirituality of individuals and then the organization, are charged with the duty of instructing their employees the knowledge of home economy.
