آداب و آثارِ انتقاد سازنده با تأكيد بر ديدگاه مقام معظم رهبري(مدظله‌العالي)

Etiquettes and Effects of Constructive Criticism in the View of the Supreme Leader

يكي از اصول مهم و لازم در موفقيت فرد و جامعه، نگاهِ عدمِ رضايت به وضع موجود و تلاش براي رسيدن به شرايط مطلوب است. بدين منظور لازم است افراد جامعه در تمام سطوح، به نقاط ضعف و قوت خود شناخت داشته باشند. يكي از ابزارهاي لازم جهت حصول اين شناخت، به‌كارگيري انتقاد سازنده در جهت اصلاح و تحول است. مقام معظم رهبري به‌دفعات در بيانات خويش به‌طور حكيمانه موضوع انتقاد سازنده را مورد تأكيد قرار داده‌اند. پژوهش حاضر با بهره‌گيري از روش توصيفي- تحليلي و با تكيه بر منابع اسنادي و كتابخانه‌اي آن‌را مورد بررسي قرار داده است. نويسندةمقاله، پس از بيان مفهوم‌شناسي، اهميت و ضرورت انتقاد سازنده، آداب آن‌را از ديدگاه مقام معظم رهبريK به بحث نهاده است كه ازجملة آن‌ها مي‌توان به رعايت اخلاق اسلامي، پيشگامي در انتقاد از خود، موقعيت‌شناسي و درك صحيح اقتضائات موجود و انتقاد از كار نه شخصيت افراد اشاره كرد و همچنين آثار آن‌را كه شامل متذكر شدن انسان و اصلاح او، تحول مطلوب در جامعه به‌وسيلة پويايي و نشاط ناشي از انتقاد، تبيين حقايق، روشن شدن اذهان، افزايش ضريب امنيت ملي، اجتماعي، شهروندي، ايجاد احساس هويت در مردم و پاسخ‌گو شدن مسئولين است را مورد بررسي قرار داده است.

A critical necessity for success of individuals or societies is adoption of non-gratified stance against the status quo and trying for fulfilling the ideal. To this aim, individuals in all levels of the society are required to become cognizant of their weaknesses and strengths. A major tool toward this is use of constructive criticism for reform and change. Constructive criticism has been wisely emphasized in many occasions by the supreme leader. The current research has used a descriptive-analytical method and employed documents to delve into this issue. After elaborating on the concept of constructive criticism, its weight and importance, the researcher has discussed the etiquettes of constructive criticism in the words of the supreme leader which include observing Islamic ethics, priority of self-criticism, considering the context and occasion, understanding necessities of criticism properly and criticizing the action rather than doer of the action. Accordingly, the consequences of criticism are human remembrance and reform, ideal change in society, joy and movement in the society, explaining truth, minds enlightenment, improving national, social and civil security, creating sense of identity among people and responsibility of authorities.
