Investigating the Security Implications of Immigration in Mashhad

مهاجرت به عنوان يك واقعه تاثيرگذار بر رشد و تغيير جمعيت، تنها به خاطر ابعاد فضايي و زماني كه بر آن تاثير مي‌گذارند، مورد توجه قرار نمي‌گيرد، بلكه مهاجرت همچنين انعكاس تغييراتي است كه در تار و پود جامعه‌اي كه مردم بدان تعلق دارند، اتفاق مي‌افتد. از اين رو، مهاجرت بايد نه تنها به عنوان يك پديده (واقعه يا موقعيتي كه در خور يك مطالعه علمي است)، بلكه به عنوان يك فرا پديده (واقعه‌اي كه اتفاق آن به علت بستر و موقعيتي است كه مردم در آن زندگي مي‌كنند) و عاملي مهم در معادلات اجتماعي ـ امنيتي (از گسترش درگيري‌ها تا ناامني ها) توصيف شود. هدف از انجام اين تحقيق تبيين پيامدهاي امنيتي مهاجرت به شهرستان مشهد از نظر تشديد و گسترش انواع ناهنجاري‌هاي اجتماعي، بي‌نظمي اجتماعي، تشديد حاشيه‌نشيني، كاهش سطح رفاه اجتماعي مورد بررسي قرار گرفته‌است. اين تحقيق از نظر هدف، كاربردي و از نظر روش از گردآوري داده‌ها و توصيفي ـ تحليلي از نوع پيمايشي است. جامعه آماري اين تحقيق را كليه كارشناسان و خبرگان حوزه مهاجرت و امنيت تشكيل مي‌دهند كه تعداد 150 نفر به روش سهميه‌اي انتخاب شده‌اند. براي گردآوري داده‌ها از ابزار پرسش‌نامه محقق ساخته استفاده شد. نتايج اين تحقيق نشان داد كه كاهش سطح رفاه اجتماعي بيشترين ميانگين و بي‌نظمي اجتماعي باكمترين ميانگين را به خود اختصاص دادند. همچنين نتايج نشان داد كه تشديد و گسترش انواع ناهنجاري‌هاي اجتماعي، بي‌نظمي اجتماعي، تشديد حاشيه‌نشيني و كاهش سطح رفاه اجتماعي پيامد‌هاي امنيتي مهاجرت مي‌باشد كه در كاهش و تشديد ناامني اجتماعي ارتباط مستقيم دارد.

As an event that has an impact on population growth and change, immigration is not only considered because of spatial and time dimensions that affect it, but also it reflects the changes that occur in the society that people belong to. Hence, immigration must be described not only as a phenomenon (an event or a situation appropriate to a scientific study), but also as an over-phenomenon (something that happens due to the context in which people live) and an important factor in social security equations (from conflict expansion to insecurity). The purpose of this research is to explain the security implications of immigration in Mashhad in terms of aggravation and spread of various social anomalies, social disorder, marginalization, and reduction of social welfare. In terms of the objectives, it is applied and in terms of data collection, it is an analytical descriptive survey type. The statistical population of this study consists of all the experts and elites in the field of immigration and security, with a total of 150 participants selected by quotation. A researcher-made questionnaire was used to collect data. The results of this study showed that the decrease in the level of social welfare had the highest average and social disadvantage had the lowest average. The results also showed that the intensification and spread of various social anomalies, social disorder, marginalization and the reduction of social welfare are the security implications of immigration, which is directly linked to the reduction and intensification of social insecurity.
