بررسي رابطه عملكرد پليس اماكن عمومي خراسان رضوي در امنيت گردشگران مذهبي مطالعه موردي مشهد مقدس

Investigating the Relationship Between the Performance of Public Places Police of Khorasan Razavi and the Security of Piligrims: a Case Study of Mashhad

اين پژوهش كاربردي، به نقش پليس اماكن عمومي در تأمين امنيت گردشگران مذهبي از ابعاد مختلف پرداخته است، و به چگونگي عملكرد پليس اماكن عمومي خراسان رضوي در فرايند تأمين امنيت گردشگران مذهبي و زيارت با آرامش انان از منظر مسؤلان و مديران واحدهاي اقامتي پرداخته است، روش اين پژوهش پيمايشي (توصيفي زمينه ياب) مي باشد. جامعه آماري آن شامل مسئولين اتحاديه هاي هتلداران، هتل آپارتمان داران، مهمان پذيران و مديران واحدهاي اقامتي مشهد مقدس در سال 1392 به تعداد 1402 نفر مي باشد. كه با استفاده از فرمول كوكران تعداد 302 نفر بعنوان حجم نمونه تحقيق تعيين گرديدند، با نگرش به ادبيات تحقيق شاخص‌هاي در قالب سه مؤلفه شامل گشت و كنترل، رسيدگي به شكايت و تعامل با ساير دستگاه ها مورد سنجش قرار گرفت و براساس آن ابزار اندازه گيري بصورت پرسشنامه خود ساخته محقق كه برآمده از دل فرضيه هاي تحقيق است داده‌ها جمع‌آوري گرديد، پس از تجزيه و تحليل داده ها از طريق آزمون تاو كندال بي سه فرضيه اين پژوهش بر پايه سه مؤلفه مذكور مورد بررسي قرار گرفت و همه آنها تأييد شده‌اند و تفاوت معني‌داري مشاهده نگرديد. در اولويت بندي عوامل موثر بر تآمين امنيت گردشگران مذهبي به ترتيب رسيدگي به شكايات، ايجاد تعامل با ساير دستگاه ها و گشت هاي كنترل و پيشگيري تاثير گذار بوده اند. با عنايت به نتايج به دست آمده پيشنهاداتي در آخر تحقيق براي توجه بيشتر به مولفه هاي تامين امنيت گردشگران مذهبي ارائه گرديده است.

Safety is an effective factor in attracting religious tourists (pilgrims) and encouraging them to travel. The main objective of this study was to investigate the role of Public Places Police in maintaining the safety and security of pilgrims in different aspects. This study aims to examine how Khorasan Razavi Public Police (including patrolling and control, complaints handling, interacting with other devices related to tourists) has provided security for pilgrims to do their pilgrimage peacefully according to the managers of the residential units. The research method is survey method. Its statistical population includes the unio‎n of residential units and administrators of residential units of Mashhad in 2013 to the number of 1402 persons. Using Cochran formula, 302 people were identified as the sample size. By reviewing the research literature, three components were selected as indicators including patrolling and control, complaints handling and interacting with other organizations. Accordingly, a questionnaire was created by the researcher as a measuring instrument which is a result of research hypotheses and the data were collected. After analyzing the data using Kendall's Tau-b test, the three hypotheses of the study were examined based on the three mentioned components. All of them were confirmed and no significant differences were observed. In prioritization, complaints handling, interactions with other organizations and control and prevention patrols have been effective, respectively. According to the results of data analysis, some proposals are presented for further consideration to the components of securing the religious tourists.
