چكيده فارسي :
آثار باقي مانده از جنگ، تحميلي ناامني مرزها و قاچاق مواد مخدر مهمترين مشكلات در آن سالها بود و اين جرم ها با خود شرارت، گروگان گيري، قتل و ناامني و سرقت هاي مسلحانه را به دنبال مي آورد. ولي با تشكيل نيروي انتظامي فرهنگ ايجاد امنيت در چهارچوب انقلابي باز تعريف و اجرا شد. نيروي عظيم انتظامي در صحنه هاي مختلف از مردم و انقلاب دفاع كرد و در دفاع مقدس و قبل از آن در مناطق مختلف كشور سينه سپر كرد و براي امنيت، دفاع از كيان جمهوري اسلامي، انقلاب و مردم تا به امروز مانده و خواهد ماند.
پليس امروز كارنامه بسيار درخشاني دارد و در هر جا دستور داده اند، بلادرنگ حاضر شده و هر جا كه نياز بود، حضور پيدا كردند و براي كمك در حوادث پيش آمده در كشور در كنار تمام نيروهاي مسلح به كمك مردم مي شتابند. همه نيروهاي مسلح، يك لشكر الهي و پشتيبان ملت، انقلاب و تحت رهبري فرمانده معظم كل قوا و در نوك پيكان حماسه در تمام صحنه ها هستند و در صحنه رزم، اقتصاد، علم، پيشرفت و تقويت بنيه امنيت و اقتدار كشور حضور دارند.اين مقاله با روش توصيفي و تا حدوي تحليلي و بر پايه منشور گام دوم انقلاب به تاثير عملكرد پليس بر سبك زندگي مردم، تربيت نيروهاي پليس با تكيه بر دين و اخلاق، نقش نيروي انتظامي در ايجاد فضاي اميد و نشاط در جامعه و مبارزه با مفسدان اقتصادي پرداخته است.

The remnants of the war, border insecurity, and drug trafficking were the most important problems in those years, and these crimes led to mischief, hostage-taking, murder and insecurity, and armed robbery. However, with the formation of the police force, the culture of creating security was redefined and implemented within the framework of the revolution. The great police force defended the people and the revolution in various scenes and defended the holy defense and before that in different parts of the country. The Kian of the Islamic Republic, the revolution and the people have remained and will remain to this day. Today, the police have a very brilliant record, and wherever they have ordered, they are ready immediately and wherever they are needed, and they rush to the aid of the people to help in the incidents that have taken place in the country, along with all the armed forces. All the armed forces, a divine army and a supporter of the nation, the revolution and under the leadership of the Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces and at the top of the epic arrow are in all scenes and are present on the battlefield, economy, science, progress and strengthening the country's security and authority.
