چكيده فارسي :
از منظر امام خامنه اي به مثابه يك متفكر و انديشمند اسلامي، هدف نهايي انقلاب اسلامي رسيدن به جامعه اسلامي در زنجيره اي منطقي و مستمر است كه بر چهار ركن دين، عقلانيت، علم و اخلاق بنا شده است و براي تحقق آن بايستي پنج مرحله انقلاب اسلامي، نظام اسلامي، دولت اسلامي، جامعه اسلامي و تمدن اسلامي در مسير تمدن سازي پشت سر گذاشته شوند.
پس از وقوع انقلاب اسلامي و تشكيل نظام اسلامي (جمهوري اسلامي) كه اركان، عناصر و ابعاد آن در قانون اساسي متجلي است و البته هنوز به طور كامل تحقق پيدا نكرده است، عبور از سه گام ديگر در زنجيره تمدن سازي فرآيندي پيچيده است. بررسي بيانات ايشان نشان مي دهد كه براي تحقق اين سه مرحله از زنجيره تمدن نوين اسلامي، پيمودن چهار گام لازم است كه عبارتند از: توليد نظريه توسط حوزه علميه؛ توليد علم توسط دانشگاه؛ كاربست در سطح خرد توسط گروه هاي خودجوش نخبگاني و گفتمان سازي كه نهايتاً به تطبيق دولت و چارچوب هاي آن با چارچوب هاي ديني مي انجامد؛ تفوق گفتماني كه منجر به ريل گذاري و تعيين مسير حركت مي شود.
با شكل گيري جامعه اسلامي اسوه، زمينه براي الگوگيري و آغاز تمدن اسلامي كه تجلي كامل آن در عصر ظهور خواهد بود فراهم مي گردد. مسئله اصلي اين نوشتار تببين نظر امام خامنه اي در الزامات تحقق دولت، جامعه اسلامي است.

From Imam Khamenei's point of view, as an Islamic thinker and thinker, the ultimate goal of the Islamic Revolution is to reach the Islamic society in a logical and continuous chain that is based on the four pillars of religion, rationality, science and ethics. Islamic, Islamic system, Islamic state, Islamic society and Islamic civilization should be left behind in the path of civilization. After the Islamic Revolution and the formation of the Islamic Republic (Islamic Republic), the pillars, elements and dimensions of which are manifested in the Constitution and, of course, have not yet been fully realized, the passage of three more steps in the chain of civilization is a complex process. An examination of his statements shows that in order to realize these three stages of the chain of modern Islamic civilization, it is necessary to take four steps, which are: the production of theory by the seminary; Science production by the university; Application at the micro level by spontaneous elite and discourse groups that ultimately lead to the adaptation of the state and its frameworks to religious frameworks; Discourse domination that leads to railroads and path determination. With the formation of the Optimal Islamic society, the ground is prepared for the modeling and beginning of Islamic civilization, which will be fully manifested in the age of emergence. The main issue in this article is Imam Khamenei's explanation of the requirements for the realization of the state, the Islamic society.
