چكيده فارسي :
افزايش كاربرد رسانه هاي همگاني در حوزه هاي گوناگون زندگي بشري و تحولات مختلف، نقش آن‌ها را در ايجاد و گسترش جنگ رواني برجسته كرده است. رسانه هاي غربي ميتوانند با ايجاد احساس ناامني، بي اعتمادي و نااميدي در فضاي ذهني افراد جامعه و با انعكاس و بزرگ نمايي ناهنجاري ها و كاستي ها، به ايجاد جنگ رواني كمك كند زيرا عدم‌ثبات و عدم‌امنيت ملي، تابع مستقيمي از رويكرد افكار عمومي و نارضايتي مردم و واكنش هاي آنان در مواقع بحراني است.
در اين مقاله كه با روش كتابخانه اي و اسنادي تهيه شده، ضمن بررسي اهداف و شيوه هاي جنگ رواني، به دنبال رسيدن به اين هدف است كه چگونه رسانه هاي غربي ميتوانند در ايجاد و گسترش جنگ رواني در جامعه نقش و تأثير به‌سزايي داشته باشد.
يافته هاي پژوهش نشان‌دهنده آن است كه نقش امروز رسانه هاي غربي، نقشي فراتر از اطلاع رساني صرف ميباشد. ابزارهاي رسانه هاي غربي در عصر اطلاعات و ارتباطات، ابزارهاي نويني براي ايجاد و گسترش بحران و جنگ رواني هستند. ابزارهايي كه مكمل نيروهاي نظامي و تهديدكننده امنيت در سطوح مختلف اعم از ملي، بين المللي و جهاني به‌شمار ميروند.
چكيده لاتين :
The increasing use of mass media in various areas of human life and various developments have highlighted their role in creating and spreading psychological warfare. Western media can help create psychological warfare by creating a sense of insecurity, distrust, and hopelessness in the minds of people in society and by reflecting and magnifying anomalies and shortcomings because of instability and lack of national security is a direct function of the approach of public opinion and the dissatisfaction of the people and their reactions in times of crisis. In this article, which has been prepared using libraries and document methods, the goals and methods of psychological warfare were examined as it seeks to achieve this goal, i.e. how the Western media can create and spread psychological warfare in society. Research findings show that the role of the Western media today is more than just providing information. Western media tools in the information and communication age are new tools for creating and spreading crises and psychological warfare. Tools that complement the military and pose a threat to security at various levels, including national, international, and global.
