بررسي تاثيرات خانواده نابسامان بر ارتكاب جرم فرزندان

Investigating the Impact of Bad Family on the Crime of Children

هدف از تحقيق حاضر پاسخ به اين پرسش است كه خانواده نابسامان چه رابطه‌اي با ارتكاب جرم و بزهكاري دارد؟ مسئله بزهكاري و انحراف اطفال و نوجوانان از ديرباز در جوامع بشري مورد توجه انديشمندان بوده است. همزمان با گسترش انقلاب صنعتي و وسعت دامنه نيازمنديها، محروميت هاي حاصل از عدم امكان تأمين خواسته ها و احتياجات زندگي موجب توسعه شديد دامنه دار فساد، عصيان، تبهكاري و ... در اطفال و نوجوانان شده است. اين گونه مسائل براي كشور ما نيز مطرح است و آثار مهلك آنها در سيماي جامعه آشكار است. بنابراين در اين تحقيق سعي نموديم گوشه اي از اين مشكلات و مسائل را بررسي نماييم. روش تحقيق درپژوهش حاضر اسنادي است. براي بررسي موضوع از نتايج تحقيقات انجام شده در داخل كشور و بعضاً خارج از كشور استفاده شده است. اين نتايج با استفاده از رويكردهاي جامعه شناسي تحليل شده است. نتايج تحقيق نشان داد كه عواملي مانند اعتقادات والدين، خشونت خانواده، سطح درآمد والدين، سطح تحصيلات والدين، محل سكونت والدين ،طلاق و جدايي والدين، بزه كاري يكي از اعضاي خانواده و همچنين فاصله سني والدين و فرزندان با بزهكاري و جرم فرزندان رابطه دارد .

The purpose of this research is to answer the question of what is the relationship between the poor family and the crime and delinquency? The issue of delinquency and the diversion of children and adolescents has long been of interest to scholars in human societies. At the same time as the expansion of the industrial revolution and the scope of needs, the deprivations from the impossibility of meeting the demands and needs of life have led to a sharp expansion of corruption, revenge, crime, and ... in children and adolescents. Such issues are also of concern to our country and their deadly effects are obvious in the community's image. So in this research, we tried to examine some of these problems and issues. The research method in this study is documentary. To investigate the issue, the results of research conducted inside and outside the country have been used. These results are analyzed using sociological approaches. The results showed that factors such as parental beliefs, family violence, parental income, parental education, parental residence, parental divorce and parental separation, family members 'offenses, and parents' and children's offsets with child offenders and offenders are related.
