چكيده فارسي :
اساس دنياي امروز برافزايش بهره وري با استفاده از تكنولوژي هاي نوين و كاهش هزينه ها استوار است . در بحث حمل و نقل جاده اي ، مقوله ارتقاي ايمني يكي از مهم ترين موضوعات به شمار مي رود. راهكارهاي مختلفي جهت افزايش ايمني راه ها مطرح شده است كه هركدام داراي محاسن و معايبي مي باشد. از موثرترين گزينه هاي مطرح شده استفاده از سيستم هاي هوشمند حمل و نقل جاده اي به منظور افزايش ايمني و كاهش تصادفات است. دراين تحقيق سعي شده است كه با بررسي اهداف بكارگيري ITS و تاثير نصب سامانه هاي هوشمند و همچنين ميزان تاثير مكانيابي صحيح محل نصب سيستم هاي مذكور بر ايمني راه و كاهش تلفات جاده اي سنجيده شده و با يكديگر مقايسه شوند.
اين پژوهش براساس روش توصيفي- تحليلي سعي كرده مكان يابي صحيح تجهيزات هوشمند حمل و نقل جاده اي را در محور شاهرود- سبزوار دراستان سمنان با استفاده از بررسي و شناسايي مقاطع پرحادثه مورد ارزيابي قرار داده و با استفاده از روش تحليلي ، وضعيت موجود سيستم هاي حمل و نقل هوشمند را با توجه به ضوابط و معيارهاي فني مورد ارزيابي قرار داده و با استفاده از مدل مكان يابي GIS، مكان يابي نصب سيستم هاي هوشمند حمل و نقلي شهرستان شاهرود برداشت گرديده و از توابع تحليلي مدل چند معياري و نيازسنجي مقاطع پر حادثه شناسايي شده استان و با استفاده از نرم افزارهاي ARC GIS ، GOOGLE EARTH ، RMG و MAP SOURCE براي انتخاب مكان بهينه نصب سيستم هاي مذكور كمك گرفته شده است . نتايج تحقيق نشان مي دهد در سال هاي اخير با نصب سيستمهاي حمل و نقل هوشمند جاده اي آمار تلفات محورهاي برون شهري استان بسيار كاهش داسته است . بطوريكه در مجموع ، سال 92 نسبت به سال 87 ، 37.6 درصد كاهش تلفات را دارا مي باشد . اين تحقيق مي تواند علاوه برارائه يك الگو براي نصب سيستم هاي هوشمند در كليه محورهاي استان ، راهكارهايي را براي استفاده بهينه از سيستم هاي هوشمند ارائه نمايد.

The foundation of today's world is based on increasing productivity by using modern technologies and reducing costs. In road transport, the issue of promoting safety is one of the most important issues. Different approaches have been proposed to increase the safety of roads, each of which has advantages and disadvantages. The most effective options are the use of intelligent road transport systems to increase safety and reduce accidents. In this research, we have tried to compare the impact of the installation of intelligent systems and the correct location of the installation of these systems on road safety and reduction of road deaths by examining the objectives of ITS application and the impact of the installation of intelligent systems.
This research, based on the descriptive-analytical method, has tried to evaluate the proper location of intelligent road transport equipment in the Shahrood-Sabzevar axis in Semnan province using the investigation and identification of strike sections. Using the analytical method, the status of existing systems Intelligent transportation has been evaluated according to technical criteria and criteria. Using the GIS location model, the location of installation of intelligent transportation systems in Shahrood has been taken. The analytical functions of multi-criteria model and need assessment of incident sections Identified by the province using ARC GIS software, GOOGLE EARTH, RMG and M AP SOURCE has been helped to select the optimal location for these systems. The results of the research show that in recent years, with the installation of intelligent road transport systems, the number of casualties in the outskirts of the province has decreased significantly. In total, the year 92, compared to the year 87, has a 37.6 percent reduction in casualties. This research, in addition to providing a template for the installation of intelligent systems in all parts of the province, can provide solutions for the optimal use of intelligent systems.
