شناسايي و رتبه‌بندي عوامل موثر بر افزايش انگيزه شغلي كاركنان نيروي انتظامي (مطالعه موردي فا.ا.قزوين)

داشتن نيروي انساني توانمند و با انگيزه دغدغه تمام سازمان ها و بخصوص سازمان هايي با محوريت نيروي انساني است. در اين پژوهش به دنبال بررسي عوامل موثر بر انگيزه شغلي كاركنان نيروي انتظامي جمهوري اسلامي ايران با مطالعه موردي كاراكنان فرماندهي انتظامي استان قزوين هستيم تا با شناسايي اين عوامل و ارائه راهكارهايي، گام هايي مناسب براي ارتقاي سطح انگيزه شغلي آنان برداريم. در اين پژوهش با توزيع پرسشنامه و با بهره گيري از حجم نمونه 100 نفري كه از طريق فرمول كوكران محاسبه شده به بررسي عوامل موثر بر انگيزه شغلي كاركنان پرداختيم. همچنين به منظور بررسي ميزان تاثيرگذاري هر عامل از ميانگين پاسخ هاي داده شده توسط كاربران به عنوان ميزان تاثير گذاري استفاده نموديم. بنابراين پاسخ هايي كه مقادير ميانگين بالاي 3.5 داشتند بدين معنا مي‌باشند كه فاكتور اشاره شده داراي تاثيرگذاري زياد و بسيار زياد بر روي انگيزه شغلي كاركنان فرماندهي انتظامي استان قزوين براساس پرسشنامه توزيع شده و مطالعه انجام شده مي باشد. نتايج حاصله بيانگر اين موضوع است كه در زمينه عوامل انگيزه بخش، به ترتيب دسته عوامل اعتقادي و ذهني، برون سازماني و اجتماعي، شرايط كاري و خدمتي، رواني، عاطفي و شخصيتي، قانوني، ساختاري و درون سازماني، مديريتي، مالي، معيشتي و رفاهي بيشترين ميزان تاثيرگذاري را بر افزايش انگيزه شغلي كاركنان دارند.
