بررسي تاثيرگذاري رهبري اخلاقي بر توانمندسازي روانشناختي (مطالعه موردي: نيروي انتظامي استان قزوين)

The impact of Moral Leadership on empowerment psychological in Police force Of Qazvin Province

هدف از پژوهش حاضر بررسي تاثيرگذاري رهبري اخلاقي بر توانمندسازي روانشناختي در نيروي انتظامي استان قزوين مي‌باشد. جامعه آماري تحقيق حاضر كاركنان فرماندهي نيروي انتظامي استان قزوين مي باشد. جهت تعين حجم نمونه آماري از فرمول كوكران استفاده شد و جهت جمع آوري داده ها از نمونه آماري، از پرسشنامه استاندارد استفاده گرديد. براي بررسي روايي پرسشنامه از اعتبار محتوا و براي پايايي آن از آلفاي كرونباخ استفاده شد. براي پاسخ به سوالات و فرضيه هاي تحقيق از رگرسيون و مدل يابي معادلات ساختاري در قالب نرم افزار Spss و Amos استفاده شد. بررسي و تحليل داده ها نشان داد رهبري اخلاقي بر توانمندسازي روانشناختي و ابعاد آن تاثير مثبت و مستقيمي دارد. همچنين رهبري اخلاقي بر عدالت رويه اي و عدالت مرواده اي تاثير مثبت و مستقيمي دارد. از سوي ديگر عدالت مراوده اي بر ابعد توانمد سازي روانشناختي به جز خود مختاري تاثير مثبت و مستقيمي دارد. همچنين عدالت مراوده اي بر هر چهار بعد توانمند سازي روان شناختي تاثير مستقيم دارد. در نهايت نتايج نشان داد كه عدالت رويه اي و عدالت مراوده اي بين رهبري اخلاقي و ابعاد توانمندسازي روانشناختي نقش ميانجيگري دارد.

The aim of this study was to examine the effectiveness of moral leadership on psychological empowerment in the police force is the province of Qazvin. The populations of this study are employees of Qazvin police commander. Cochran was used to determine sample size of 333 patients was determined that the sample size. The data collection of the sample, a standard questionnaire was used. To check the validity of the content validity and Cronbach's alpha was used for reliability. To answer questions and hypotheses of regression and structural equation modeling was used in the form of spss software and Amos. Analysis of the data demonstrated ethical leadership and has a direct positive effect on psychological empowerment and its dimensions. The moral leadership on procedural justice, and justice is Mr vadh a direct and positive impact. On the other hand enabling communication justice on the psychological aspects of self-determination but has a direct positive impact. Inter actional justice also has a direct impact on the four dimensions of psychological empowerment. The results showed that procedural justice and inter actional justice between ethical leadership and mediation role of psychological empowerment.
