شناسايي عوامل موثر بر حضور تماشاگران فوتبال شهر اهواز در ورزشگاه با تاكيد بر مقوله امنيت اجتماعي

Identification of factors affecting the presence of Ahwaz football fans at the stadium with emphasis on social security

هواداران از مهم ترين و اصلي ترين سرمايه‌هاي يك باشگاه و ليگ ورزشي هستند. هدف تحقيق حاضر بررسي انگيزه‌ها و عوامل موثر بر حضور در ورزشگاه ها با تاكيد بر مقوله امنيت از ديدگاه تماشاگران فوتبال شهر اهواز مي باشد. روش تحقيق توصيفي پيمايشي و به روش ميداني انجام شد. جامعه آماري شامل هواداران تيم‌هاي فولاد خوزستان و استقلال اهواز بودند (6500=N). نمونه-گيري به روش تصادفي ساده و با توجه به جدول مورگان (361 =n) برآورد شد. ابزار جمع آوري داده شامل هفت سوال در مورد ويژگي‌هاي فردي و پرسشنامه انگيزه‌هاي حضور تماشاگران (فونك و همكاران، 2004) شامل 27 سوال در 9 خرده مقياس بود. پايايي پرسشنامه از طريق آلفاكرونباخ 0/83 محاسبه شد. تجزيه و تحليل داده ها با استفاده از آمار توصيفي و آمار استنباطي انجام شد. يافته هاي توصيفي تحقيق نشان داد در خصوص مهمترين ويژگي هاي فردي آزمودني ها نشان داد اكثريت تماشاگران (حدود 60%) در رده سني 19-25 سال، حدود 30% زير ديپلم، حدود 45% كارگر و حدود 47% بين 1 تا 3 بازي را حضور داشتند. نتايج رتبه بندي فريدمن نشان داد انگيزه حمايت از بازيكنان با ميانگين 7/50 و انگيزه حمايت از تيم با ميانگين 3/69 به ترتيب بيشترين و كمترين رتبه را به خود اختصاص دادند. بر اين اساس توصيه مي شود مسئولين و مديران ورزشي استان از طريق بهبود عوامل مرتبط با ورزشگاه، مانند مسئله امنيت حضور تماشاگران و خدمات رفاهي، برگزاري مسابقات و حضور بازيكنان سرشناس در تيم هاي شهر اهواز و استان خوزستان انگيزه هاي دروني هواداران را براي شركت در ورزشگاه تقويت نمايند.

The fans are one of the most important funds of a club and sports league. The purpose of the present study was to investigate the motivations and factors affecting the presence in the stadiums, with emphasis on the category of security from the viewpoint of football fans in Ahwaz. The research method was descriptive survey and field survey. The statistical population consisted of supporters of Khuzestan steel teams and independence of Ahvaz (N = 6500). Sampling was done by simple random method and according to Morgan table (n = 361). The data collection tool, which included seven questions about individual characteristics and the audience motivation questionnaire (Funk et al., 2004), included 27 questions in 9 sub-scales. The reliability of the questionnaire was 0.88 by Alpha-Cronbach. Data analysis was performed using descriptive statistics and inferential statistics. The descriptive findings of the research showed that the majority of the subjects (about 60%) were in the age group of 25- 19, about 30% under the diploma, about 45% of the workers, and about 47% between 1 and 3 games Were present. The results of Friedman's ranking showed that the motivation to support the players with an average of 5.50 and the motivation to support the team with the 3.69 average ranked respectively the highest and the lowest. Accordingly, it is recommended that the officials and sports managers of the province, through improving the factors associated with the stadium, such as the issue of the safety of the presence of spectators and welfare services, holding competitions and the presence of prominent players in the Ahwaz and Khuzestan teams, have the internal motives of the fans to participate in. Stadiums strengthen.
