چكيده فارسي :
زﻣﯿﻨﻪ: اﺧﻠﺎق ﺣﺮﻓﻪاي ﺣﻠﻘﻪي ﻣﻔﻘﻮده ﮐﺎر در ﺳﺎزﻣﺎنﻫﺎي دوﻟﺘﯽ ﺑﻮده و ﺑﻪ دﻟﯿﻞ ﻧﺒﻮدن ﻣﮑﺎﻧﯿﺰم ﻫﺎﯾﯽ ﺑﺮاي ﭘﯿﻮﻧﺪ ﻣﻨﺎﻓﻊ ﻓﺮدي و ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ، ﺳﻮء رﻓﺘﺎرﻫﺎﯾﯽ ﻫﻤﭽﻮن ﻗﻠﺪري ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ در اﯾﻨﮕﻮﻧﻪ ﺳﺎزﻣﺎنﻫﺎ ﺷﺎﯾﻊ ﺷﺪه اﺳﺖ. اﯾﻦ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺑﻪ ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ راﺑﻄﻪ ﻗﻠﺪري ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ و ﮐﺎﻫﺶ اﺧﻠﺎق ﺣﺮﻓﻪاي ﮐﺎرﮐﻨﺎن ﺳﺎزﻣﺎنﻫﺎي دوﻟﺘﯽ اﺳﺘﺎن ﻟﺮﺳﺘﺎن ﻣﯽﭘﺮدازد. روش: روش ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻖ ﺣﺎﺿﺮ ﺗﻮﺻﯿﻔﯽ-ﻫﻤﺒﺴﺘﮕﯽ ﺑﻮد. ﺟﺎﻣﻌﻪ آﻣﺎري ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺗﻌﺪاد 1317ﻧﻔﺮ از ﮐﺎرﮐﻨﺎن ادارات ﮐﻞ ﺳﺘﺎدي اﺳﺘﺎن ﻟﺮﺳﺘﺎن ﻣﺴﺘﻘﺮ در ﺷﻬﺮ ﺧﺮمآﺑﺎد اﺳﺖ ﮐﻪ ﺑﺮ اﺳﺎس ﺟﺪول ﻣﻮرﮔﺎن ﺣﺠﻢ ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪاي ﺑﻪ ﺗﻌﺪاد 297ﻧﻔﺮ ﺑﻪ روش ﺗﺼﺎدﻓﯽ ﻃﺒﻘﻪاي از ﻣﯿﺎن آنﻫﺎ اﻧﺘﺨﺎب ﮔﺮدﯾﺪ. ﺑﺮاي ﺳﻨﺠﺶ ﻣﺘﻐﯿﺮﻫﺎي ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ از ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪ ﻫﺎي ﻗﻠﺪري ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ و اﺧﻠﺎق ﺣﺮﻓﻪ اي اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﺷﺪه اﺳﺖ. ﭘﺎﯾﺎﯾﯽ ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪﻫﺎ ﺑﺎ روش آﻟﻔﺎي ﮐﺮوﻧﺒﺎخ ﺑﻪ ﺗﺎﯾﯿﺪ رﺳﯿﺪ. ﺑﺮاي ﺗﺠﺰﯾﻪوﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ دادهﻫﺎ از ﻣﺪلﺳﺎزي ﻣﻌﺎدﻟﺎت ﺳﺎﺧﺘﺎري و ﻧﺮماﻓﺰار PLS اﺳﺘﻔﺎدهﺷﺪه اﺳﺖ ﯾﺎﻓﺘﻪﻫﺎ: ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ ﻧﺸﺎندﻫﻨﺪه اﯾﻦ اﺳﺖ ﮐﻪ در ﺳﻄﺢ اﻃﻤﯿﻨﺎن 95درﺻﺪ ﻗﻠﺪري ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ ﻣﻮﺟﺐ ﮐﺎﻫﺶ اﺧﻠﺎق ﺣﺮﻓﻪاي ﻣﯽﺷﻮد. ﻧﺘﯿﺠﻪﮔﯿﺮي: ﺑﺎ ﺗﻮﺟﻪ ﺑﻪ ﯾﺎﻓﺘﻪﻫﺎ ﻣﯽﺗﻮان ﮔﻔﺖ ﮐﻪ ﻗﻠﺪري ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ ﻧﻘﺶ ﺑﺎرزي در ﮐﺎﻫﺶ اﺧﻠﺎق ﺣﺮﻓﻪاي و اﺑﻌﺎد آن ازﺟﻤﻠﻪ ﻣﺴﺌﻮﻟﯿﺖﭘﺬﯾﺮي ﺻﺪاﻗﺖ،اﺣﺘﺮام ﺑﻪ دﯾﮕﺮان، رﻋﺎﯾﺖ و اﺣﺘﺮام ﻧﺴﺒﺖ ﺑﻪ ارزشﻫﺎ و ﻫﻨﺠﺎرﻫﺎي اﺟﺘﻤﺎﻋﯽ، ﻋﺪاﻟﺖ و اﻧﺼﺎف،ﻫﻤﺪردي ﺑﺎ دﯾﮕﺮان و وﻓﺎداري داﺷﺘﻪ وﻟﯽ ﻣﻨﺠﺮ ﺑﻪ ﺗﺸﺪﯾﺪ ﺟﻮ ﺑﺮﺗﺮيﺟﻮﯾﯽ و رﻗﺎﺑﺖﻃﻠﺒﯽ در ﺳﺎزﻣﺎنﻫﺎي دوﻟﺘﯽ ﻣﯽﮔﺮدد.
چكيده لاتين :
Background: Professional ethics is the missing link in government agencies, and due to the lack of mechanisms for linking individual and organizational interests, some types of misconduct such as organizational bullying have spread to such organizations. This study investigates the relationship between organizational bullying and reduction of professional ethics of employees in government agencies of Lorestan province. Method: This is a descriptive-correlation research.The statistical population of the study was 1317 employees of general offices of Lorestan province located in Khorramabad city. Based on Morgan table, a sample size of 297 was selected by stratified random sampling method. In order to measure the variables of the research, organizational bullying questionnaire and professional ethics questionnaire have been used. The reliability of the questionnaire was confirmed by Cronbach's alpha. For data analysis, structural equation modeling and PLS software have been used. Results: The results indicate that at 95% confidence level, organizational bullying reduces professional ethics. Conclusion: According to the findings, organizational bullying can play a significant role in reducing professional ethics and its dimensions including responsibility, honesty, respect for others, respect for social values and norms, justice and fairness, sympathy with others and loyalty. However, it leads to an escalation of supremacy and competing in government agencies
