چكيده فارسي :
زﻣﯿﻨﻪ: در ﺟﻬﺎن اﻣﺮوز ارﺗﻘﺎء و ﻧﻬﺎدﯾﻨﮕﯽ اﺧﻠﺎق، ﻓﺮﻫﻨﮓ و ﻣﺴﺌﻮﻟﯿﺖ اﺟﺘﻤﺎﻋﯽ در راﺳﺘﺎي ﮐﺴﺐ ﻣﺸﺮوﻋﯿﺖ ﺳﺎزﻣﺎن، ﺑﯿﺶ از ﭘﯿﺶ ﺿﺮوري اﺳﺖ، ﻫﺪف از ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺣﺎﺿﺮ ﺷﻨﺎﺳﺎﯾﯽ ﻧﻬﺎدﻫﺎ، اوﻟﻮﯾﺖﺑﻨﺪي ﻣﻄﺎﻟﺒﺎت ﻧﻬﺎدي و ﺗﺮﺳﯿﻢ ﺷﺒﮑﻪ ﻧﻬﺎدي ﻣﺠﺘﻤﻊ ﻣﺲ ﺳﺮﭼﺸﻤﻪ ﺟﻬﺖ ﮐﺴﺐ ﻣﺸﺮوﻋﯿﺖ و رﺿﺎﯾﺖ اﺟﺘﻤﺎﻋﯽ اﺳﺖ. روش: ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺣﺎﺿﺮ ﮐﺎرﺑﺮدي و ﺗﻮﺳﻌﻪ اي ﺑﻮد. ﺟﺎﻣﻌﻪ آﻣﺎري ﻣﺠﻤﻮﻋﻪ اﻋﻀﺎي ﻣﺠﺘﻤﻊ ﻣﺲ ﺳﺮﭼﺸﻤﻪ در ﺳﺎل 1397 ﺑﻮدﻧﺪ، ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪ آﻣﺎري ﺑﺮاﺑﺮ 115 ﻧﻔﺮ از ﺧﺒﺮﮔﺎن ﺑﻮدﻧﺪ ، روش ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪ ﮔﯿﺮي ﻫﺪﻓﻤﻨﺪ ﺑﻮد ، اﺑﺰار ﮔﺮدآوري دادهﻫﺎ ﻣﺼﺎﺣﺒﻪ ﺑﻮد و روش آﻣﺎري ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ ﺷﺒﮑﻪ اﺟﺘﻤﺎﻋﯽ اﺳﺖ. ﯾﺎﻓﺘﻪﻫﺎ: ﻣﻄﺎﻟﺒﺎت اﺧﻠﺎﻗﯽ، ﻓﺮﻫﻨﮕﯽ و اﺟﺘﻤﺎﻋﯽ در ﺳﻪ ﮔﺮوه و 11 ﺧﺮده ﻣﻄﺎﻟﺒﻪ دﺳﺘﻪﺑﻨﺪي ﺷﺪﻧﺪ، ﭘﺸﺘﯿﺒﺎﻧﯽ از ﺑﺮﻧﺎﻣﻪﻫﺎي ﻓﺮﻫﻨﮕﯽ، ﯾﺎدوارهﻫﺎ، ﺳﻤﯿﻨﺎرﻫﺎ، ﺟﺸﻨﻮارهﻫﺎ، ﺑﺮﮔﺰاري ﻣﺮاﺳﻢ، ﺗﺄﻣﯿﻦ ﻣﺴﮑﻦ، ﮐﻤﮏ ﺑﻪ ﮔﺮوهﻫﺎ و اﻓﺮاد ﻧﯿﺎزﻣﻨﺪ، اراﺋﻪ ﺧﺪﻣﺎت ﺳﺮوﯾﺲدﻫﯽ، ﺗﻌﻤﯿﺮ و ﻧﮕﻬﺪاري ﺳﺎﺧﺘﻤﺎنﻫﺎ و ﺗﺄﺳﯿﺴﺎت از ﻣﻄﺎﻟﺒﺎت اوﻟﻮﯾﺖدار ﻣﯽﺑﺎﺷﻨﺪ ﻧﻬﺎدﻫﺎي اﺻﻠﯽ در ﻣﻄﺎﻟﺒﺎت اﺧﻠﺎﻗﯽ، ﻓﺮﻫﻨﮕﯽ و اﺟﺘﻤﺎﻋﯽ ﻧﻬﺎدﻫﺎي ﻓﺮﻫﻨﮕﯽ ﻫﻨﺮي، ﻫﯿﺌﺖﻫﺎي ﻣﺬﻫﺒﯽ وﻣﻮﺳﺴﺎت ﻗﺮآﻧﯽ، داﻧﺸﮕﺎهﻫﺎ، ﻣﺆﺳﺴﺎت آﻣﻮزﺷﯽ، ﺳﺘﺎد اﻗﺘﺼﺎد ﻣﻘﺎوﻣﺘﯽ و ﮐﺎرآﻓﺮﯾﻨﺎن، ﻣﯽﺑﺎﺷﻨ ﻧﺘﯿﺠﻪﮔﯿﺮي: ﺑﺮ ﻣﺒﻨﺎي ﯾﺎﻓﺘﻪ ﻫﺎي ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻖ ، در راﺳﺘﺎي ﻧﻬﺎدﯾﻨﻪ ﮐﺮدن ﻣﺴﺌﻮﻟﯿﺖ ﻫﺎي اﺧﻠﺎﻗﯽ ،ﻓﺮﻫﻨﮕﯽ و اﺟﺘﻤﺎﻋﯽ ، ﺗﻌﺎﻣﻞ ﺑﯿﺸﺘﺮ و ﻣﺆﺛﺮﺗﺮ، ﺑﺎ ﻧﻬﺎدﻫﺎي ﻓﻮقاﻟﺬﮐﺮ، ﺿﺮوري اﺳﺖ. اﻣﻮر رواﺑﻂ ﻋﻤﻮﻣﯽ و ﺧﺪﻣﺎت اﺟﺘﻤﺎﻋﯽ ، ﻧﻈﺎرت ﺑﺮﭘﯿﻤﺎﻧﮑﺎران و آﻣﻮزش و ﺗﺠﻬﯿﺰ ﻣﻨﺎﺑﻊ اﻧﺴﺎﻧﯽ ﻣﯽﺗﻮاﻧﻨﺪ ﻧﻘﺶ ﻣﻬﻤﯽ در اﻧﺠﺎم ﻣﻄﺎﻟﺒﺎت ﻧﻬﺎدي اﯾﻔﺎ، ﮐﻨﻨﺪ، در اﯾﻦ راﺳﺘﺎ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از ﻓﺮآﯾﻨﺪﻫﺎي ﺗﻨﻈﯿﻤﯽ، ﻫﻨﺠﺎري و ﻓﺮﻫﻨﮕﯽ ﮔﺎمﻫﺎﯾﯽ ﻣﺆﺛﺮ در ﺟﻬﺖ ﻣﺸﺮوﻋﯿﺖ و ﺑﻘﺎي ﺳﺎزﻣﺎن ﻣﯽﺑﺎﺷﻨﺪ
چكيده لاتين :
Background: In today's world, the promotion and institutionalization of ethics, culture and social responsibility for the legitimacy of the organization is more necessary. The purpose of the present study is to mining of ethical, cultural and social institutional demands of Sarcheshmeh Copper Complex to gain legitimacy and social satisfaction. Method: The present study was applied and developmental. The statistical population was the members of Sarcheshmeh Copper Complex in 2018, the statistical sample was equal to 115 experts, the sampling method was purposeful, the data collection tool was interview and the statistical method is social network analysis. Results: The ethical, cultural, and social demands were categorized into three groups and 11 sub-categories. The top priority institutions demands were supported for cultural programmes, seminars, festivals, ceremonies, housing, assisting groups and people in need, servicing services, building maintenance and installations.The main institutions were artistic, religious and quranic institutions, universities, educational institutes, resistance economics headquarters and entrepreneurs. Conclusion: Based on the findings of the study, In order to institutionalize ethics, culture and social responsibility, more and more effective interaction with the aforementioned institutions is necessary. Public relations and social services, monitoring of contractors, education and human resources affairs can play an important role in accomplish institutional demands, in this context, using regulatory, normative and cultural-cognitive processes are effective steps in legitimizing and sustaining the organization.
