چكيده فارسي :
زﻣﯿﻨﻪ: آﻣﻮزش و ﭘﺮوش ﻫﺮ ﺟﺎﻣﻌﻪ، ﺑﻨﯿﺎن ﻓﺮﻫﻨﮓ و ﺗﻌﻠﯿﻢ و ﺗﺮﺑﯿﺖ ﺻﺤﯿﺢ اﺳﺖ و ﻣﻌﻠﻤﺎن اﻟﮕﻮﻫﺎي رﻓﺘﺎر اﺧﻼﻗﯽ ﺑﺮاي ﻧﺴﻠﻬﺎي آﯾﻨﺪه ﻫﺴﺘﻨﺪ. ﻫﺪف ﮐﻠﯽ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺣﺎﺿﺮ، ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ ﻋﻮاﻣﻞ ﺗﺎﺛﯿﺮﮔﺬار ﺑﺮ اﺧﻼق ﺣﺮﻓﻪ اي ﻣﻌﻠﻤﺎن ﺑﺎ ﺗﺎﮐﯿﺪ ﺑﺮ ﺳﺒﮏ رﻫﺒﺮي ﻣﺪﯾﺮان آﻣﻮزﺷﯽ ﻣﺪارس اﺑﺘﺪاﯾﯽ دﺧﺘﺮاﻧﻪ ﻣﻨﻄﻘﻪ ﭼﻬﺎر ﺷﻬﺮ ﺗﻬﺮان اﺳﺖ.
روش : ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺣﺎﺿﺮ ﺗﻮﺻﯿﻔﯽ از ﻧﻮع ﻫﻤﺒﺴﺘﮕﯽ ﺑﻮد . ﺟﺎﻣﻌﻪ آﻣﺎري ﮐﻠﯿﻪ ﻣﻌﻠﻤﺎن و ﻣﺪﯾﺮان ﻣﺪارس اﺑﺘﺪاﯾﯽ دﺧﺘﺮاﻧﻪ آﻣﻮزش و ﭘﺮورش ﻣﻨﻄﻘﻪ 4ﺷﻬﺮ ﺗﻬﺮان در ﺳﺎل ﺗﺤﺼﯿﻠﯽ 800 99-98ﻧﻔﺮ ﺑﻮد ﮐﻪ ﻧﻤﻮﻧﮥ آﻣﺎري ﺑﺎ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از روش ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪ ﮔﯿﺮي ﺗﺼﺎدﻓﯽ ﻃﺒﻘﻪاي و ﺑﺮاﺳﺎس ﻓﺮﻣﻮل ﮐﻮﮐﺮان 260ﻧﻔﺮ اﻧﺘﺨﺎب ﺷﺪ. اﺑﺰار ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪ اﺳﺘﺎﻧﺪارد ﺑﻮد. ﺗﺠﺰﯾﻪ و ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ آﻣﺎري ﺑﺎ روش ﻣﻌﺎدﻻت ﺳﺎﺧﺘﺎري و ﺑﺎ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از ﻧﺮم اﻓﺰار SPSS 24 و ﻧﺮم اﻓﺰار Smart-Pls ﻧﺴﺨﮥ 3اﻧﺠﺎم ﮔﺮﻓﺖ.
ﯾﺎﻓﺘﻪ ﻫﺎ : ﺿﺮﯾﺐ رﮔﺮﺳﯿﻮﻧﯽ ﺳﺒﮏ رﻫﺒﺮي ﺗﺤﻮﻟﮕﺮاي ﻣﺪﯾﺮان آﻣﻮزﺷﯽ ﺑﺎ اﺧﻼق ﺣﺮﻓﻪاي ﻣﻌﻠﻤﺎن 0/79و ﺳﻄﺢ ﻣﻌﻨﺎداري آن ﮐﻮﭼﮑﺘﺮ از 0/05اﺳﺖ. ﻫﻤﭽﻨﯿﻦ ﺿﺮﯾﺐ رﮔﺮﺳﯿﻮﻧﯽ ﺳﺒﮏ رﻫﺒﺮي ﻣﺮاوده اي) ﻣﻌﺎﻣﻠﻪ ﮔﺮ( ﻣﺪﯾﺮان آﻣﻮزﺷﯽ ﺑﺎ اﺧﻼق ﺣﺮﻓﻪ اي ﻣﻌﻠﻤﺎن، 0/103و ﺳﻄﺢ ﻣﻌﻨﺎداري 0 /03ﻣﯽ ﺑﺎﺷﺪ. ﺿﺮﯾﺐ رﮔﺮﺳﯿﻮﻧﯽ ﺳﺒﮏ رﻫﺒﺮي ﺑﺎري ﺑﻪ ﻫﺮﺟﻬﺖ ﻣﺪﯾﺮان آﻣﻮزﺷﯽ ﺑﺎ اﺧﻼق ﺣﺮﻓﻪ اي ﻣﻌﻠﻤﺎن ، 0/05ﺑﺎ ﺳﻄﺢ ﻣﻌﻨﺎداري 0 /132اﺳﺖ.
ﻧﺘﯿﺠﻪ ﮔﯿﺮي : ﺳﺒﮏ ﻫﺎي رﻫﺒﺮي ﺗﺤﻮﻟﮕﺮا و ﻣﺮاودهاي)ﻣﻌﺎﻣﻠﻪ ﮔﺮ( ﻣﺪﯾﺮان آﻣﻮزﺷﯽ ﺑﺎ اﺧﻼق ﺣﺮﻓﻪ اي ﻣﻌﻠﻤﺎن ﻣﺪارس اﺑﺘﺪاﯾﯽ دﺧﺘﺮاﻧﻪ ﻣﻨﻄﻘﻪ ﭼﻬﺎر ﺷﻬﺮ ﺗﻬﺮان راﺑﻄﻪ ﻣﺜﺒﺖ ﻣﻌﻨﺎداري دارد. در ﺣﺎﻟﯽ ﮐﻪ ﺳﺒﮏ رﻫﺒﺮي ﺑﺎري ﺑﻪ ﻫﺮ ﺟﻬﺖ ﻣﺪﯾﺮان آﻣﻮزﺷﯽ، ﺑﺎ اﺧﻼق ﺣﺮﻓﻪ اي ﻣﻌﻠﻤﺎن ﻣﺪارس اﺑﺘﺪاﯾﯽ دﺧﺘﺮاﻧﻪ ﻣﻨﻄﻘﻪ ﭼﻬﺎر ﺷﻬﺮ ﺗﻬﺮان راﺑﻄﻪ ﻣﻌﻨﺎداري ﻧﺪارد
چكيده لاتين :
Background: Educational system in each society is basis for practicing moral principles and enriching the culture and teachers are ethical role models for the next generation. The main purpose of this study is analyzing the factors related to professional ethics of teachers with regard to the leadership style of principals of girls' elementary schools in the fourth district of Tehran.
Method: The present study was a descriptive correlational study. The statistical population of all teachers and principals of girls' primary schools in District 4 of Tehran in the academic year of 2019-2020 was 800. The statistical sample was selected using stratified random sampling method and 260 people based on Cochran's formula. The tool was a standard questionnaire. Statistical analysis was performed using structural equation method using SPSS software version 3 and Smart-Pls software.
Results: The regression coefficient of transformational leadership style of educational managers with professional ethics of teachers is 0.79 and its significance level is less than 0.05. Also, the regression coefficient of interactive leadership style (trader) of educational managers with teachers' professional ethics is 0.103 and the significance level is 0.03. The regression coefficient of leadership style of educational managers is 0.05 with a significance level of 0.132.
Conclusion: Transformational leadership and communication (trading) leadership styles of educational administrators have a significant positive relationship with the professional ethics of primary school teachers in the fourth district of Tehran. While the leadership style of Bari in any way has no significant relationship with the professional ethics of primary school teachers in district 4 of Tehran
