The Role of the Convention on Intellectual Property Rights and Ethical Corruption on Iran's Economic Growth

زﻣﯿﻨﻪ: ﯾﮑﯽ از ﻣﻬﻢﺗﺮﯾﻦ اﻫﺪاف اﻗﺘﺼﺎدي ﮐﺸﻮرﻫﺎ، اﯾﺠﺎد ﺷﺮاﯾﻂ ﻻزم ﺟﻬﺖ ارﺗﻘﺎء رﺷﺪ اﻗﺘﺼﺎدي ﻣﺴﺘﻤﺮ و ﺑﺎﺛﺒﺎت اﺳﺖ. رﻓﻊ ﺑﻨﯿﺎدي ﻓﺴﺎد، ﺗﺮﻏﯿﺐ رﺷﺪ اﻗﺘﺼﺎدي و ﺣﻘﻮق ﻣﺎﻟﮑﯿﺖ در راﺳﺘﺎي اﻧﮕﯿﺰه ﻫﺎي ﻋﻤﻠﯽ رﺷﺪ اﻗﺘﺼﺎدي ﺟﺰ ﺑﺎ ﭘﯿﻮﻧﺪ روزاﻓﺰون اﺧﻼق اﻗﺘﺼﺎدي ﻣﯿﺴﺮ ﻧﺨﻮاﻫﺪ ﺷﺪ. ﻫﺪف ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺣﺎﺿﺮ ﻧﻘﺶ راﺑﻄﻪ ﺑﯿﻦ ﻓﺴﺎداﺧﻼﻗﯽ، ﺣﻘﻮق ﻣﺎﻟﮑﯿﺖ و ﺷﺎﺧﺺ ﻫﺎي اﻗﺘﺼﺎدي ﺑﺮ رﺷﺪ اﻗﺘﺼﺎدي اﺳﺖ . روش: روش ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺣﺎﺿﺮ ﮐﺎرﺑﺮدي و از ﻧﻮع ﻫﻤﺒﺴﺘﮕﯽ اﺳﺖ. ﺷﺎﺧﺺ ﻫﺎي ﮐﻼن درﺟﻪ ﺑﺎز ﺑﻮدن، ﻓﺴﺎد و رﯾﺴﮏ ﺳﯿﺎﺳﯽ، ﺷﺎﺧﺺ ﺣﻘﻮق ﻣﺎﻟﮑﯿﺖ ﻓﮑﺮي، ﺷﺎﺧﺺ ﻓﻨﺎوري اﻃﻼﻋﺎت و ارﺗﺒﺎﻃﺎت، رﺷﺪ اﻗﺘﺼﺎدي، ﺷﺎﺧﺺ ﺗﻮﺳﻌﻪ اﻧﺴﺎﻧﯽ و ﺷﺎﺧﺺ ﻫﺰﯾﻨﻪ ﻫﺎي دوﻟﺖ ﮐﺸﻮر اﯾﺮان ﺑﻪ ﻋﻨﻮان ﺟﺎﻣﻌﻪ آﻣﺎري اﻧﺘﺨﺎب ﺷﺪه اﺳﺖ ﮐﻪ ﺳﺎلﻫﺎي 2008-2018ﺑﻪ ﻋﻨﻮان ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪ ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻖ اﻧﺘﺨﺎب ﺷﺪ. اﺑﺰار اﻧﺪازهﮔﯿﺮي دادهﻫﺎي ﺑﺎﻧﮏ ﺟﻬﺎﻧﯽ، ﻣﻮﺳﺴﻪ ﻓﺮﯾﺰر و ﻫﺮﯾﺘﭻ و ﻣﻮﺳﺴﻪ ﺑﯿﻦ اﻟﻤﻠﻠﯽ ﺷﻔﺎﻓﯿﺖ ﺑﻮد. ﺟﻬﺖ آزﻣﻮن ﻧﯿﺰ از روش آﻣﺎري ARDLاﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﺷﺪه اﺳﺖ. ﯾﺎﻓﺘﻪﻫﺎ: ﺑﺮازش ﻣﺪل ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻖ ﮐﻪ در ﺑﺮﮔﯿﺮﻧﺪه ﯾﮏ ﻓﺮﺿﯿﻪ اﺻﻠﯽ ﺑﻮد ﻣﻮرد ﺗﺎﯾﯿﺪ ﻗﺮار ﮔﺮﻓﺖ. اﺧﻼق، ﺷﺎﺧﺺ ﻫﺎي اﻗﺘﺼﺎدي و ﺣﻘﻮق ﻣﺎﻟﮑﯿﺖ راﺑﻄﻪ ﻣﻌﻨﺎداري ﺑﺎ رﺷﺪ اﻗﺘﺼﺎدي دارﻧﺪ و در ﻃﯽ زﻣﺎن اﺛﺮ ﺷﻮكﻫﺎي و ارده ﺗﻌﺪﯾﻞ ﻣﯽﺷﻮد. ﻧﺘﯿﺠﻪﮔﯿﺮي: ﻃﺒﻖ ﺗﺨﻤﯿﻦ ﻣﺸﺨﺺ ﺷﺪ ﺗﻤﺎﻣﯽ ﻣﺘﻐﯿﺮﻫﺎ در ﺳﻄﺢ ﯾﺎ ﺑﺎ ﯾﮏ ﺗﻔﺎﺿﻞ ﭘﺎﯾﺪار ﻣﯽﺑﺎﺷﻨﺪ و رﺷﺪ اﻗﺘﺼﺎدي ﺑﺎ ﺗﻤﺎم ﺷﺎﺧﺺ ﻫﺎي اﻗﺘﺼﺎدي راﺑﻄﻪ ﻣﺜﺒﺖ و ﻣﻌﻨﺎدار و ﺑﺎ ﻓﺴﺎد اﺧﻼﻗﯽ راﺑﻄﻪ ﻣﻨﻔﯽ و ﻣﻌﻨﺎداري دارد، ﺿﻤﻦ اﯾﻨﮑﻪ راﺑﻄﻪ ﺑﻠﻨﺪ ﻣﺪت ﻧﯿﺰ ﻣﻮرد ﺗﺎﯾﯿﺪ ﻗﺮار ﮔﺮﻓﺖ

Background: One of the most important economic goals of countries is to create the conditions necessary to promote sustainable economic growth. The fundamental elimination of corruption, the encouragement of economic growth and property rights in line with the practical motivations of economic growth, will not be possible except with the increasing linkage of economic morality. The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between property rights and economic indicators on economic growth. Method: The research method is applied and correlational. Major indicators of degree of openness, corruption and political risk, index of intellectual property rights, ICT indicator, economic growth, human development index and government expenditure index of Iran have been selected as the statistical population that in the years 2018-2008 As an example, the research was selected. World Bank Data Measurement Tool, Fraser & Heritage Institute and International Transparency Institute. For testing, the ARDL method was used. Results: The fitting of the research model, which included a major hypothesis, was confirmed. Ethics, economic indicators and property rights have a meaningful relationship with economic growth and during the time the effects of shocks are adjusted. Conclusion: According to the estimate, it was found that all variables are stable or with a stable difference. Economic growth has a positive and significant relationship with all economic indicators and has a negative and significant relationship with moral corruption, while the long-term relationship has also been confirmed.
