Electrical Energy Saving in Office Equipments: Life Cycle Cost Method

ميزان استفاده از تجهيزات اداري براي انجام امور اداري مختلف، روز به روز با پيشرفت تكنولوژي در حال افزايش است. خريد تجهيزات كم‌مصرف و بهره‌برداري مناسب از آنها باعث كاهش مصرف انرژي سيستم الكتريكي و هزينه برق ساختمان اداري خواهد شد. از اين‌رو، در اين مقاله، انتخاب بهينه تجهيزات اداري متداول جهت بهبود شاخص‌هاي فني و اقتصادي ساختمان اداري مورد مطالعه قرار گرفته مي‌شود. ميزان مصرف انرژي الكتريكي، سرعت و هزينه‌هاي خريد و بهره-برداري تجهيزات از جمله معيارهاي فني و اقتصادي تجهيزات اداري هستند كه با استفاده از روش چرخه هزينه عمر در تعيين بهينه‌ترين تكنولوژي آنها مورد نظر قرار گرفته مي‌شوند. در نهايت با شبيه‌سازي عددي در نرم‌افزار متلب، مناسب‌ترين تكنولوژي جهت تجهيز كردن ساختمان اداري انتخاب مي‌شود. سه طول دوره بهره‌‌برداري 1، 10 و 20 ‌سال كه از مبدا زماني سال 1400 هجري شمسي شروع مي‌شوند، به عنوان طول دوره‌هاي مطالعاتي پژوهش در نظر گرفته شده‌اند. روش-هايي به جهت بهبود بيشتر شاخص‌هاي فني و اقتصادي ساختمان اداري نيز پس از انتخاب مناسب‌ترين تكنولوژي تجهيزات، پيشنهاد شده و مورد تجزيه و تحليل قرار مي‌گيرند. نتايج نشان‌دهنده بهبود قابل توجه بازدهي سيستم الكتريكي ساختمان اداري هستند به نحوي‌كه با انتخاب مناسب تجهيزات اداري با استفاده از روش پيشنهادي، در حدود 20 الي 70 درصد مصرف و هزينه‌هاي انرژي الكتريكي در تجهيزات مختلف كاهش پيدا مي‌كند.

The use of office equipment for various office tasks is increasing day by day due to the advancement of technology. Purchase of low-consumption equipment and the proper operation causes to reduce the energy consumption of the electrical system and the cost of electricity bill of the office building. For this reason, in this article, the optimal selection of conventional office equipment is investigated to improve the technical and economic indices. The consumption rate, speed, and installation and operation costs of equipment are samples of technical and economic indices of devices that are considered using the life cycle cost method for selecting the optimal technology of office equipment. Finally, the optimal technology of devices is selected using the numerical simulation in MATLAB software. The three operational periods, 1, 10, and 20 years starting from 1400, are considered the researchchr(chr('39')39chr('39'))s operational period. Moreover, the methods for more improvement of technical and economic indices of the office building are also proposed and evaluated after selecting the best technology of equipment. Results show a considerable improvement in the efficiency of the electrical system of the office building. In different devices, electricity consumption and costs are reduced by about 20-70 percent by selecting the proper technology using the proposed method.
