The present study was conducted to investigate the effect of work commitment
and employee participation on the jihadi organization mediated by the
transformational leadership in the Social Security Organization of Isfahan Province.
The research method was descriptive-correlation of scientific type and statistical
population including 1399 employees of Isfahan Social Security Organization in 44
branches and a sample of 149 people using one-stage cluster random sampling
method. The data collection tools were standard questionnaires of commitment,
employee participation, transformational leadership and jihadi organization whose
content validity was confirmed and then their reliability was estimated to be 0.80,
0.77, 0.86 and 0.90 using Cronbach's alpha coefficient, respectively. Findings of this
study showed that commitment (58%) and labor participation (4%) had an effect on
the jihadi organization and its dimensions among the employees of Isfahan Social
Security Organization (P <0.05), but transformational leadership mediated the
relationship between participation Work and its dimensions, as well as commitment
and its dimensions among the employees of the Social Security Organization of
Isfahan Province have failed. (05/0
