«دلبري» معلّم در آيينة تعليم و تربيت «اسلامي- ايراني»، با محوريّت درس «زمزمة محبّت» از كتاب فارسي سوم راهنمايي

Teacher Attractiveness in the Mirror of Education (Islamic-Iranian) with the Focus on the Lesson of Whisper of Love (Zemzemeye Mohabat in Persian)

هدف از اين پژوهش كه به روش تحليل محتواي ­كيفي انجام پذيرفته است، نشان دادن مؤلّفه ­هايي است كه با توجّه به درس «زمزمة محبّت» از كتاب فارسي سال سوم راهنمايي- و نيز درس­هاي ديگري از كتاب­هاي فارسي قديم و جديد دورة اوّل متوسّطه- براي «دلبري» معلمان از دانش‌آموزان مطرح شده است. براساس يافته‌هاي پژوهش مي‌توان گفت كه براي دلبري، مقدّماتي لازم است كه برخي از آنها در زمرة عوامل باطني تأثيرگذار در اين كار قرار مي‌گيرد؛ نظير خودسازي معلم، سوخته ­دلي و شيفتگي او به اين حرفه؛ و برخي ديگر در جملة عوامل ظاهري؛ نظير دانش بسيار معلم و نيز مهارت­ بالاي او در ارائة آن معلومات به دانش ­آموزان؛ و بعضي ديگر نيز در شمار هر دو عامل (باطني و ظاهري)؛ همچون شخصيّت اثرگذار معلّم و اشتياق فراوان فراگيران براي دانش ­اندوزي. مؤلّفه­ هايي همچون احترام فراوان به معلّم و پدر و مادر، توجّه به معنويّت، جدّيّت­ در امر دانش­ اندوزي،­ مقدّس شمردن كار تعليم و تعلّم و... از جمله عوامل تأثيرگذاري بوده است كه در اين درس بر روي آن تأكيد شده است. در پايان، اين نتيجه به ­دست مي­آيدكه يكي از مهم‌ترين شرط­ هاي موفّقيّت يك معلّم، چه در امر تدريس (آموزش) و چه سازندگي اخلاقي (پرورش) دانش‌آموزان، دلبري از آنان است.

The purpose of this research, which has been done by qualitative content analysis method, is to show the components that according to the lesson whisper of love ("zemzemeye mohabat" in Persian) from the Persian textbook of the third year of middle school - as well as other lessons from old and new Persian textbooks Has been raised to attract students by the teacher. Based on the research findings, it can be said that for attractiveness, some preconditions are necessary, some of which are among the esoteric factors influencing this work; Such as teacher self-improvement, heart burning and his fascination with this profession; an‎d others, including apparent factors; Such as the teacher's great knowledge and his high skill in providing that information to students; an‎d some others in both factors (internal and apparent); As the influential personality of the teacher and the great desire of learners to acquire knowledge. Components such as great respect for teachers and parents, attention to spirituality, seriousness in acquiring knowledge, sanctifying the work of teaching and learning, etc. have been among the influential factors that have been emphasized in this lesson. In the end, it is concluded that one of the most important conditions for the success of a teacher, both in teaching (education) and moral construction (training) students, is their attractiveness(of students)
