چكيده فارسي :
از آنجا كه قرآن كريم، منبع بي‌بديلي از راهنماي مسائل تربيتي انسان است، بايد در نظام آموزشي مورد توجه ويژهاي قرار گيرد؛ همچنان‌كه اين توجه در نظام آموزشي ما جريان داشته است. نگاهي اجمالي به دستاورد اين توجه در كشور نشان ميدهد كه نتايج نه با جايگاه ويژه قرآن در اسلام تناسب دارد و نه با ميزان علاقه و اهميتي كه تمام آحاد مردم نسبت به قرآن قائلند. لذا باتوجه‌به اين مسئله و نيز ضعف مطالعات علمي صورت‌گرفته در اين حوزه، پژوهش حاضر درصدد است تا براي ارتقاي بهره‌‌وري در اين عرصه در چهار هدف (توانايي و التزام به تدبر، آشنايي با علوم و معارف قرآن، توانايي استفاده از قرآن و تبعيت از قرآن و عترت) به ارائه راهبرد بپردازد. روش پژوهش، كيفي (مطالعه اسنادي، مصاحبه، بارش فكري) است. نمونه‌گيري به‌صورت هدف‌مند و گلوله‌برفي انجام شده است. جامعه آماري در بخش مصاحبه، كارشناسان حوزه علوم قرآني، در بخش پژوهش اسنادي، تمامي اسناد، مدارك، كتب و پيشينه‌هاي موجود شامل مقالات، طرح‌ها و كارهاي پژوهشي بوده است. نمونه‌گيري در بخش اسنادي به صورت تعمدي بوده است. اطلاعات به‌وسيله كدگزاري تحليل شده است. نتايج به‌دست‌آمده از كدگزاري شامل هشت راهبرد بوده كه در جلسات بارش فكري توسط متخصصان علوم قرآني و آموزش قرآن مورد بررسي، اصلاح، حذف و اضافه قرار گرفت. درنهايت 19راهبرد نهايي شد كه به توصيه متخصصان همگي راهبردهاي به دست آمده با سند بالادستي يعني سند راهبردي آموزش عمومي قرآن مورد انطباق قرار گرفت و موارد جديد مشخص شد.

Since the Holy Qur'an is an undeniable source of guidance for human training challenges, special attention should be given to it in the educational system. Although this attention has existed in our educational system, a brief look at its achievements in the country reveals that the outcomes do not match the special position of the Holy Qur'an in Islam, nor does it stand at the level of the interest and importance that all individuals attach to the Holy Qur'an. Hence, in terms of this deficiency and the shortcomings of scientific studies in this field, this study is intended to improve the productivity in this field regarding four goals: the ability and commitment for contemplation, familiarity with the sciences and knowledge of the Qur'an, the ability to use the Holy Qur'an, and adherence to the Qur'an and ‘Etrat in designing the strategy. This is a qualitative research employing documents, interviews, and brainstorming. Purposive and snowball sampling method is used for sample selection. The statistical population includes experts of the Quranic sciences in the interview section. In the documentary section, all available documents, texts, books and sources, including articles, projects and research works, were reviewed. Sampling was purposive in the documentary section. The data were analyzed by coding. The results of the coding phase included eight strategies which were reviewed, corrected, deleted and added in brainstorming sessions by experts in the Qur’anic sciences and teachers. Eventually, 19 strategies were obtained, and on the advice of experts, all the strategies were adapted to the upstream document, the strategic document for general instruction of the Holy Qur'an, and the new cases were identified.
