بررسي فرايند پياده‌سازي حسابداري تعهدي در فرماندهي انتظامي استان خوزستان

همواره وجود نظام حسابداري مناسب در كمك به ايفاء پاسخگويي عمومي، تامين نيازهاي اطلاعاتي استفاده كنندگان از گزارشات مالي و ايجاد بستر لازم جهت استخراج و محاسبه‌ي بهاي تمام شده برنامه ها، فعاليت ها، خدمات و محصولات در راستاي بودجه‌ريزي بر مبناي عملكرد مورد ضروري است. كسب اطلاعات در مورد دارايي‌ها و بدهي‌هاي يك سازمان و تغييرات آن مهم است كه با حسابداري دريافت و پرداخت وجه نقد به هيچ وجه قابل تامين نمي‌باشد. ولي با حسابداري تعهدي تامين مي‌شود. اين تحقيق 8 فرضيه دارد كه فرضيات با استفاده از يك نمونه كه شامل 50 نفر از مديران مالي و حسابرسان فرماندهي انتظامي استان خوزستان است كه 48 پرسشنامه آن‌ها قابل روئيت بوده است. و توسط نرم‌افزار SPSS مورد آزمون قرار گرفتند. نتيجه تحقيق بيانگر اين بود كه حسابداري تعهدي در فرماندهي انتظامي استان خوزستان قابليت اجرايي دارد. و اجراي آن مي‌تواند پيامدهاي مفيدي را به همراه داشته و زمينه لازم جهت انجام وظايف محوله حسابداران را بصورت ايده‌آل تسهيل نمايد.

The continuous existence of proper accounting basis is vital in helping the public wants meeting the Needs of users information using financial reports and providing appropriate basis in finished accountings activities and services in regarding budgets based on the functions. obtaining information related to asserts and debts of an organization and its shifts which are not provided by cash and payment by no means but is not committed by accounting. this study includes 8 hypotheses and these hypotheses were tested by a sample of safeguard commanders of financial and accountants consisting of 50 subjects in khozestan province who saw the questionaires which included 48 questions and were analyses by spss soft ware. the result of the study was investigated that commitment accounting has executive ability in military commanding of khozestan province and has execution can be useful to have performance implications and can facilitate the essencial basis for doing accountants duties ideally.
