تحليل گفتماني مفهوم رفاه اجتماعي در انقلاب اسلامي با تأكيد بر ديدگاه آيت‌الله خامنه‌اي

Discourse Analysis of the Concept of Social Welfare in the Islamic Revolution with Emphasis on Ayatollah Khamenei's Viewpoint

رفاه اجتماعي ادارة امور مادي و رواني جامعه است و با مقولاتي نظير كيفيت زندگي و آسايش در امور رواني و معيشت و مزايا و خدمات اجتماعي در امور مادي ارتباط دارد. در اين مقاله با هدف دستيابي به‌ نگاه انقلاب اسلامي به‌عنوان يك حكومت ديني به رفاه اجتماعي، به كشف معناي رفاه اجتماعي در ديدگاه آيت‌الله خامنه‌اي به‌‌عنوان رهبر انقلاب اسلامي پرداخته ‌شده و با پرسش اصلي «رفاه اجتماعي در ديدگاه آيت‌الله خامنه‌اي چيست؟» پيگيري شده است. معناكاواي رفاه اجتماعي در اين ديدگاه به‌‌وسيلة بررسي مفاهيم مقوم و مفاهيم مرتبط با رفاه كه بر اساس حساسيت نظري موضوع در نظريات رفاهي است، به‌‌دست آمده است. اين تحقيق با روش كيفي و از طريق تحليل گفتمان انتقادي فركلاف انجام‌شده است. براين اساس بيانات آيت الله خامنه‌اي با نمونه‌گيري هدفمند انتخاب و در سه سطح توصيف، تفسير و تبيين، تحليل شده است. يافته‌هاي اين تحقيق نشان مي‌دهد كه رفاه اجتماعي در ديدگاه آيت‌الله خامنه‌اي مبتني بر مفهوم كمال انساني و مبتني بر رشد معنوي است. در اين ديدگاه آزادي و عدالت اجتماعي برخلاف نظريات رايج رفاهي نه دو مفهوم مخالف كه دو مفهوم موافق يكديگرند و اساساً رفاه اجتماعي در نظر ايشان از رهگذر اين دو مفهوم مي‌گذرد. در اين ديدگاه دولت نقش نظارتي در اعمال و انجام رفاه اجتماعي دارد. در اين تحقيق به اين نتيجه مي‌رسيم كه تلاش و كار و مسئوليت‌پذيري عامل اعطاي تسهيلات است و تنها افرادي كه توانايي كسب درآمد ندارند مانند ناتوانان جسمي و روحي دريافت‌كننده خدمات و تسهيلات رايگان هستند.

Social welfare is the management of the material and mental affairs of society; it is related to issues such as quality of life and comfort in affairs, livelihoods and social services and benefits material affairs. The purpose of this article is to explore the meaning of social welfare in Ayatollah Khamenei's view as the leader of the Islamic Revolution and to address the main question "What is social welfare in Ayatollah Khamenei's view?" Follow up. The meaningfulness of social welfare in this view is obtained by examining the notions of welfare and welfare-based concepts that are based on the theoretical sensitivity of the subject to welfare theories. This research has been done by qualitative method through the analysis of critical discourse of Fairclough. Accordingly, Ayatollah Khamenei's statements were selected by purposeful sampling and analyzed at three levels of description, interpretation and explanation. The findings of this study show that in the view of Ayatollah Khamenei, social welfare is based on the concept of human perfection and spiritual growth. In this view of freedom and social justice, contrary to popular welfare theories, the two concepts are not opposites but two concepts are in agreement, and, social welfare goes through these two concepts. In this view, the government has a supervisory role in the exercise of social welfare. The study found that effort and responsibility accounted for the facilities and the only people who were not able to make money, such as the physically and mentally disabled, receiving free services and facilities.
