نقش دانش و مسئوليت‌پذيري شهروندان در سبك زندگي توسعه محور (مطالعه موردي 5 منطقه منتخب شهر تهران)

The role of citizens' knowledge and responsibility in a development-oriented lifestyle (Case study of 5 selected areas of Tehran)

مفهوم شهروندي يكي از ديرپاترين مفاهيم سياسي، اجتماعي، حقوقي و شهري است كه متفكران، در حوزه هاي مختلف و از يونان باستان تا به امروز به آن توجه داشته اند. كسب مهارت هاي شهروند، يا به عبارت ديگر تبديل شدن به ي شهروند مؤثر و كارآمد، مستلزم آگاهي از حقوق و تكاليف و مسئوليت شهروندي است، آگاهي شهروندي در جوانب مختلف عامل ساير مهمي براي تداوم زندگي جمعي در دنياي پرمخاطره مدرن است. آگاهي شهروندي باعث مي شود فرد تكاليف و مسئوليت خود را بشناسد. اين شناخت از يك سو عاملي است تا شهروندان تكاليف و مسئوليتشان را به نحو احسن انجام دهند و از سوي ديگر باعث رسيدن آنها به سبكي از زندگي كه در رفع كميابي و نيازهاي آنها در راستاي رسيدن به توسعه باشد. با توجه به اهميت سبك زندگي در ايجاد توسعه محوري از يك سو و اهميت آگاهي شهروندان و مسئوليت پذيري در تحقق مهم از سوي ديگر، در اين پژوهش ابتدا، ميزان و عوامل مؤثر بر آگاهي شهروندان در مسئوليت پذيري در منطقه منتخب شهر تهران مورد بررسي قرار مي گيرد، سپس، رابطه ميان مسئولي پذيري و سبك زندگي توسعه محور مورد تحليل قرار مي گيرند.

The concept of citizenship is one of the oldest political, social, legal and urban concepts that thinkers have paid attention to in various fields, from ancient Greece to the present day. Acquiring citizen skills, or in other words, becoming an effective and efficient citizen, requires awareness of the rights, duties and responsibilities of citizenship. Citizenship awareness in various aspects is another important factor for the continuation of collective life in the modern high-risk world. Citizenship awareness makes a person aware of his duties and responsibilities. On the one hand, this knowledge is a factor for citizens to perform their duties and responsibilities well, and on the other hand, it causes them to achieve a lifestyle that addresses their scarcity and needs in order to achieve development. Considering the importance of lifestyle in creating pivotal development on the one hand and the importance of citizens 'awareness and responsibility in important realization on the other hand, in this study, first, the extent and factors affecting citizens' awareness of responsibility in the selected region of Tehran Then, the relationship between responsibility and development-oriented lifestyle is analyzed. The research method was descriptive-analytical, data collection was performed using a questionnaire and the data obtained from the questionnaire were analyzed in SPSS software using chi uare chi, crosstabs, test-t and Spearman man tests. .
