Design a Model of Professional Competences and Its Effective Components for Selection of Sports Managers

پژوهش حاضر با هدف طراحي مدل صلاحيت‌هاي حرفه‌اي مديران سازمان‌هاي ورزشي دولتي انجام گرديد. روش اين پژوهش توصيفي به‌صورت علي بود كه به روش پيمايشي انجام شد. جامعه آماري تحقيق كليه مديران سطوح مختلف مرتبط با موضوع تحقيق (سطح بالا، سطح مياني و سطح پايين) در استان اصفهان به تعداد 5101 نفر بودند. روش نمونه‌گيري اين تحقيق تصادفي طبقه‌اي (سطوح مديريت) متناسب با حجم نمونه و با استناد به جدول كرجسي و مورگان تعداد 361 نفر به‌عنوان نمونه آماري به‌دست آمد. ابزار اندازه­گيري در اين تحقيق مطالعات كتابخانه‌اي، روش دلفي و پرسشنامه‌‌‌‌‌‌‌ پژوهشگر ساخته بود. پس از انجام يك مطالعه مقدماتي و تعيين واريانس سؤالات؛ از طريق ضريب آلفاي كرونباخ، ضريب پايايي پرسشنامه‌‌‌‌‌‌‌ 0/91 به‌دست آمد. براي تجزيه و تحليل يافته‌هاي اين تحقيق از آزمون‌ معادلات ساختاري استفاده گرديد. نتايج تحقيق نشان داد كه متوسط نظر پاسخ‌دهندگان نسبت به وضعيت صلاحيت حرفه‌اي مديران سازمان‌هاي ورزشي دولتي در مؤلفه‌هاي: رويه تجارت، ارتباطات، نظارت و ارزيابي، مهارت‌هاي مديريت و مديريت ريسك، تجربه ورزشي، روش‌هاي برنامه نويسي، فرهنگ سازماني و اخلاق حرفه‌اي، مديريت عملكرد و يادگيري و مسئوليت‌پذيري و نتيجه‌گرايي مي‌باشد. لذا توجه به مؤلفه‌هاي ارائه شده هنگام گزينش مديران ورزشي مي‌تواند شانس موفقيت سازمان را بالاتر ببرد.

The purpose of this study was to design a model of professional competences in selecting sport managers.The method of this study was causal-descriptive which was done by survey method. The statistical population of the study consisted of 5101 managers of different levels related to the subject of research (high level, middle level and low level) of Isfahan province. The sampling method of this stratified randomized study (management levels) was proportional to sample size and based on Krejcie and Morgan table 361 individuals were selected as statistical sample. The research instruments were library studies, Delphi method and researcher-made questionnaire. The reliability coefficient of the questionnaire was 0.91 after conducting a preliminary study and determining the variance of the questions through Cronbach's alpha coefficient. Structural equation test was used to analyze the findings.The results showed that the respondents' average view of the status of professional competence in the selection of sport managers in the components of: Business procedure, communication, supervision and evaluation, management and technique management/risk management, sport foundation, programming techniques, organizational culture and professional ethics, performance management and learning improvement, and responsibility/result oriented. Therefore, consideration of the key indicators in the selection of sport managers will help these managers move better toward predetermined goals.
