تبيين اثر فن‌آوري اطلاعات و ارتباطات (ICT) بر هوشمندسازي فدراسيون‌هاي ورزشي ايران با ملاحظه ميانجي مديريت دانش

Explaining the effect of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) on the Intelligencing Iranian Sports Federations considering the Mediating Role of Knowledge Management

هدف پژوهش حاضر تبيين اثر فناوري اطلاعات و ارتباطات بر هوشمندسازي فدراسيون ­هاي ورزشي ايران با ملاحظه نقش ميانجي مديريت دانش بود. روش پژوهش، همبستگي و از نظر هدف، كاربردي بود. جامعه آماري پژوهش را همه رؤسا و كارشناسان فدراسيون ­هاي ورزشي ايران در سال 1398 تشكيل دادند (750 =N)، كه از طريق نمونه­ گيري تصادفي ساده، 256 نفر، به ­عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. ابزار جمع ­آوري داده ­ها، پرسشنامه استاندارد فناوري اطلاعات و ارتباطات هرناندز و همكاران (2011)، پرسشنامه مديريت دانش لاوسون (2003) بود و براي سنجش مؤلفه ­هاي مختلف هوشمندي سازماني نيز از پرسشنامه‌هاي هوش استراتژيك مكوبي (2007)، هوش هيجاني وانگ و لو (2002)، هوش محيطي آقاحسيني (1389)، هوش رقابتي، هوش سازماني و هوش ساختاري راچ و سانتي (2010) استفاده شد. جهت تجزيه و تحليل داده ­ها از مدل­ يابي معادلات ساختاري رويكرد واريانس محور با استفاده از نرم­ افزار پي ال اس استفاده شد. يافته ­ها نشان داد، بيشترين ميزان اثر مربوط به رابطه بين مديريت دانش و سازمان هوشمند بود. فناوري اطلاعات و ارتباطات نيز تأثير نسبتاً بالايي بر مديريت دانش داشت، فناوري اطلاعات و ارتباطات با شدت متوسطي بر سازمان هوشمند مؤثر بود. همچنين فناوري اطلاعات و ارتباطات از طريق ميانجي مديريت دانش، تأثير مثبت و معناداري بر سازمان هوشمند داشت. پيشنهاد مي ­شود رؤساي فدراسيون­ هاي ورزشي، به ­منظور ايجاد زيرساخت مناسب فناوري ­هاي اطلاعاتي و ارتباطي در فدراسيون ­ها براي پياده ­سازي موفقيت ­آميز بر مديريت دانش سرمايه­ گذاري بيشتري كنند. در جهت هوشمندي فدراسيون­ ها، نظام مديريت دانش به‌عنوان فرآيند يادگيري پويا، در حل مسأله، برنامه­ ريزي استراتژيك و تصميم ­گيري مورد استفاده قرار گيرد.

This study aimed to explain the effect of information and communication technology on Intelligencing Iranian sports federations considering the mediating role of knowledge management. The research method was survey descriptive and applied in terms of purpose. The statistical population of the study consisted of all the heads and experts of the country's sports federations in 1398 (N = 750), who were selected as the sample by simple random sampling (256 people) according to the volume. Data collection tools were the standard questionnaire for Hernandez et al.'s ICT, and McCubby’s strategic intelligence questionnaire (2007), emotional intelligence (wang & lo, 2002), environmental intelligence (Agha hoseini, 2001), competitive intelligence, organizational intelligence and stractural intelligence (Rach & Santi) was used to measure various components of organizational intelligence. Structural equation modeling of variance-based approach using PLS software was used to analyze the data. The results showed that the highest effect was on the relationship between knowledge management and intelligent organization. ICT also had a relatively high impact on knowledge management, with moderate-intensity ICT affecting the intelligent organization. Information and communication technology had also a positive and significant effect on the intelligent organization through the mediation of knowledge management. It is suggested that the presidents of sports federations invest more in successful knowledge management in order to create the appropriate infrastructure for information and communication technologies in federations. The knowledge management system should be used as a dynamic learning process in problem solving, strategic planning and decision making in order to make the federations smarter.
