چكيده فارسي :
امروزه عمليات رواني كه يكي از شاخه‌هاي اصلي جنگ نرم مي‌باشد؛ مؤثرترين، كارآمدترين و كم هزينه ترين و در عين حال خطرناك ترين و پيچيده ترين نوع عمليات عليه امنيت ملي يك كشور است. از آنجا كه مبارزه جدي و موفق با عمليات رواني دشمن، نيازمند شناخت دقيق و كامل از وضعيّت دشمن و نيز آگاهي از توانمندي، نقاط قوت و ضعف، حركات، نقشه‌ها و تحركات او است لذا طراحي عوامل مؤثر تبليغاتي در توانمندسازي كاركنان عليه اثرات و تهديدهاي عمليات رواني دشمن نياز به شناخت تكنيك‌ها و ابزارهاي عمليات رواني دشمن دارد و از طرفي انجام هر گونه بررسي مربوط به آثار عمليات رواني دشمنان كه در تعارض ريشه‌اي و اصولي با نظام ج.ا.ا مي‌باشد از اهميت بالايي برخوردار است تا با برنامه ريزي دقيق جهت توانمندي و مقابله با عمليات رواني آمادگي داشته باشند. در اين مقاله به بررسي عوامل مؤثر بر توانمندي و آمادگي رواني كاركنان ناجا در برابر عمليات رواني دشمن در جبهه جنگ نرم، شناسايي ويژگي ها، ابزارها، تكنيك‌ها و ترفندهاي دشمن و همچنين احصاء شيوه‌هاي پيشگيري و مقابله با آن مي‌پردازد كه مي‌تواند در قالب ارائه راهكار مطرح شود.

Today, the psychological operations is one of the main branches of soft war. It’s the most effective, the most efficient and the least expensive, and yet, the most dangerous and the most complex operations against a country's national security. Since serious and successful fight with the enemy's psychological operations, requires a precise and complete recognition of enemy's situation, and also aware of the his capabilities, strengths and weaknesses, gestures, maps and movements, Therefore, the design effective promotional factors in empowering employees against the effects and threats of the enemy's psychological operations requires recognition the enemy's psychic techniques and tools. On the other hand, any study on the effects of enemies's psychological operations that counters roots and principles of the Islamic Republic of Iran is of great importance, so with careful planning, we have the ability and preparedness of confronting with psychological operations. This paper examines the influencing factors on the abilities and mental preparation of police employees against the enemy's psychological operations in the battlefield of Soft war, and identify features, tools, techniques and tricks of the enemy, and also reckon ways to prevent and deal with those, that can be raised in the form of solutions.
