چكيده فارسي :
ﻣﺜﺒﺖاﻧﺪﯾﺸﯽ، ﯾﮑﯽ از ﻣﺆﻟﻔﻪﻫﺎي اﺻﻠﯽ رﻫﺒﺮي اﺛﺮﺑﺨﺶ در ﺳﺎزﻣﺎنﻫﺎي اﻣﺮوزي اﺳﺖ. اﻫﻤﯿﺖ ﻣﺜﺒﺖاﻧﺪﯾﺸـﯽ ﺳـﺒﺐ ﺷـﺪ ﺗـﺎ ﻫﺪف از اﻧﺠﺎم اﯾﻦ ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﻪ، ﻃﺮاﺣﯽ ﻣﺪل زﻣﯿﻨـﻪاي رﻫﺒـﺮي ﻣﺜﺒـﺖﮔـﺮا ﺑﺎﺷـﺪ. اﯾـﻦ ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌـﻪ ازﻧﻈـﺮ روش در ﺣـﻮزة ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌـﺎت ﺗﻔﺴﯿﺮﮔﺮاﯾﺎﻧﻪ ﺑﺮ ﭘﺎﯾﻪ ﻧﻈﺮﯾﮥ دادهﺑﻨﯿﺎد ﻗﺮار دارد. ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪﮔﯿﺮي در اﯾﻦ ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﻪ ﺑﺎ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از روش ﮔﻠﻮﻟﻪ ﺑﺮﻓـﯽ اﻧﺠـﺎم ﺷـﺪ. ﺗﻌﯿـﯿﻦ ﺣﺠﻢ ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪ ﺑﺮاﺳﺎس اﺻﻞ اﺷﺒﺎع ﻧﻈﺮي ﺻﻮرت ﮔﺮﻓـﺖ ﮐـﻪ درﻧﻬﺎﯾـﺖ، دادهﻫـﺎي اﯾـﻦ ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌـﻪ از ﻃﺮﯾـﻖ ﻣﺼـﺎﺣﺒﻪﻫـﺎي ﻧﯿﻤـﻪ ﺳﺎﺧﺘﺎرﯾﺎﻓﺘﻪ ﺑﺎ 14 ﻧﻔﺮ از ﺷﺮﮐﺖﮐﻨﻨﺪﮔﺎن ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺑﻪ ﭘﺎﯾﺎن رﺳﯿﺪ. اﺳﺘﺎدان داﻧﺸﮕﺎه ﺑﺎ ﺗﺨﺼﺺﻫﺎي ﻣﺪﯾﺮﯾﺖ رﻓﺘـﺎر ﺳـﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ، ﻣﺪﯾﺮﯾﺖ ﻣﻨﺎﺑﻊ اﻧﺴﺎﻧﯽ، ﻣﺪﯾﺮﯾﺖ آﻣﻮزﺷﯽ و ﻣﺪﯾﺮان ﻣﺪارس و ﺳﺎزﻣﺎنﻫﺎي آﻣﻮزش و ﭘﺮورش، ﺷﺮﮐﺖﮐﻨﻨﺪﮔﺎن اﯾﻦ ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌـﻪ را ﺗﺸﮑﯿﻞ دادهاﻧﺪ. ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ اﯾﻦ ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﻪ ﺑﻪ ﺷﻨﺎﺳﺎﯾﯽ 25 ﮐﺪ اﻧﺘﺨﺎﺑﯽ، 77 ﮐﺪ ﻣﺤﻮري و 355 ﮐﺪ ﺑﺎز ﻣﻨﺠﺮ ﺷﺪﻧﺪ. ﯾﺎﻓﺘـﻪﻫـﺎي اﯾـﻦ ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﻪ 25 ﮐﺪ اﻧﺘﺨﺎﺑﯽ را در 6 ﻃﺒﻘﻪ اﺻﻠﯽ ﺷﺎﻣﻞ ﺷﺮاﯾﻂ ﻋﻠّﯽ، ﭘﺪﯾﺪة ﻣﺮﮐﺰي، ﺷﺮاﯾﻂ زﻣﯿﻨﻪاي، ﺷﺮاﯾﻂ ﻣﺪاﺧﻠﻪﮔﺮ، راﻫﺒﺮدﻫﺎ و ﭘﯿﺎﻣﺪﻫﺎ دﺳﺘﻪﺑﻨﺪي ﮐﺮد. ﯾﺎﻓﺘﻪﻫﺎي اﯾﻦ ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﻪ وﯾﮋﮔـﯽﻫـﺎي ﺷﺨﺼـﯿﺘﯽ، ﻧﮕـﺮش و ادراك، ارزشﻫـﺎي ﻣﺤـﻮري ﺳـﺎزﻣﺎن ﺣﻠﻘﻪﻫﺎي ارﺗﺒﺎﻃﯽ، ﻫﺪفﻣﺤﻮري و ﻣﻬﺎرتﻫﺎي رﻫﺒﺮي را ﻋﻮاﻣﻞ اﺛﺮﮔﺬار ﺑﺮ رﻫﺒﺮي ﻣﺜﺒﺖﮔﺮا ﻧﺸﺎن داد.
چكيده لاتين :
The importance of positive thinking as one of the main components of effective leadership in today's organizations led to the purpose of this study to design a contextual model of positive leadership. This study is methodologically based on interpretive studies based on Grounded Theory. Sampling in this study was performed using the snowball method. The sample size was determined based on the theory of theoretical saturation. Finally, the data of this study were completed through semi-structured interviews with 14 research participants. The Participations consisted of this study consisted of university professors with specializations in organizational behavior management, human resource management, educational management, school principals, and educational organizations. The results of this study led to the identification of 25 selected codes, 77 axial codes, and 355 open codes. This study categorized 25 selected codes into six main categories: causal conditions, central phenomena, contextual conditions, intervening conditions, strategies, and consequences. The findings show personality traits, attitudes, and perceptions, core values of the organization, communication circles, goal orientation, and leadership skills as effective factors on positive
