چكيده فارسي :
هدف پژوهش حاضر ارائه الگوي جامع ارزيابي مالي، راهبري و مسئوليت‌پذيري اجتماعي شركت‌ها بر اساس ديدگاه نوين ارزيابي عملكرد است. پس از بررسي ادبيات پژوهش مدل مفهومي پژوهش براساس 6 رويكرد و در قالب 25 مؤلفه (شاخص) تهيه گرديد. براي اعتباربخشي و اختصاص ضرايب به اين مدل در سطح رويكردهاي آن از نظر 15 خبره طبق روش تحليل سلسله مراتبي استفاده شد. همينطور از روش آنتروپي شانون براي اختصاص اوزان به مولفه‌هاي (شاخص‌ها) هر رويكرد آن استفاده شده است كه براي پياده‌سازي اين روش از داده‌هاي كمي نمونه‌اي از 180 شركت پذيرفته شده در بورس اوراق بهادار تهران استفاده شده است. نتايج حاصل از پژوهش نشان مي‌دهد كه رويكرد اقتصادي و رويكرد مسئوليت‌پذيري اجتماعي به ترتيب داراي بيشترين و كمترين وزن در ارزيابي جامع شركت‌ها براساس اين الگو مي‌باشند. همينطور نسبت (P/E) ازمؤلفه رويكرد تلفيقي بالاترين وزن را به خود اختصاص داده است. نتايج اين پژوهش نشان مي‌دهد كه رتبه‌بندي شركت‌ها براساس اين الگوي جامع مي‌تواند ديد چند‌جانبه و قضاوت آگاهانه براي مشاركت‌كنندگان بازار سرمايه ايجاد كند.
چكيده لاتين :
The purpose of this study is to provide a comprehensive model of financial,
governance and the social responsibility evaluation of firms on a new perspective
of performance evaluation. After reviewing the research literature, the conceptual
model of the research is developed based on 6 approaches in the form of 25
components (indicators). To validate and assign weights to this comprehensive
model at the level of approaches, 15 experts’ opinion are used based on the
hierarchical analysis method and assigning weights to the components (indices),
the Shannon Entropy method using quantitative data from a sample of 180 firms
listed Tehran Stock Exchange, is applied. The results of the study show that the
economic approach and the social responsibility approach have the highest and
lowest weight in the comprehensive evaluation of firms based on this model,
respectively. Also, among the components of the integrated approach, the ratio
(P/E) has the highest weight. Also findings show that rating a firm based on this
comprehensive model may provides a multilateral view and informed judgment
for capital market participants
