طرحواره‌هاي ناسازگار اوليه و باورهاي ارتباطي غيرمنطقي: نقش واسطه‌اي سبك‌هاي حل تعارض كارآمد

Early maladaptive schemas and irrational relationship beliefs: The mediating role of efficient conflict resolution styles

پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسي نقش واسطه اي سبك هاي حل تعارض كارآمد در رابطه بين طرحواره هاي ناسازگار اوليه و باورهاي ارتباطي غيرمنطقي در قالب يك مدل انجام شد. روش پژوهش حاضر از نوع همبستگي بود. بدين منظور 293 نفر از دانشجويان زن متاهل كارشناسي و كارشناسي ارشد دانشگاه تهران كه به وسيله نمونه گيري خوشه اي چندمرحله اي انتخاب شدند به پرسشنامه هاي طرحواره هاي ناسازگار اوليه (YSQ)، باورهاي ارتباطي غيرمنطقيRB) I) و پرسشنامه سبك هاي حل تعارض رحيم نسخه دوم (ROCI-II) پاسخ دادند. تجزيه وتحليل داده ها به روش معادلات ساختاري و با استفاده از نرم افزار AMOS انجام گرفت. يافته ها نشان داد كه اثر مستقيم طرحواره هاي ناسازگار اوليه و سبك هاي حل تعارض كارآمد (سبك يكپارچگي و سبك مصالحه) بر باورهاي ارتباطي غيرمنطقي معنادار بود. هم چنين، در رابطه بين طرحواره هاي ناسازگار اوليه و باورهاي ارتباطي غيرمنطقي، سبك هاي حل تعارض كارآمد، نقش واسطه اي داشتند. بنابراين درمانگران مي توانند، با بررسي طرحواره ها و افزايش مهارت هاي حل تعارض كارآمد مراجعان، ميزان تاثير باورهاي ارتباطي غيرمنطقي را در روابط آن ها كاهش دهند.

The aim of the present study was to investigate the mediating role of effective conflict resolution styles on the relationship between maladaptive early schemas and irrational relationship beliefs. This was done in the framework of causal model. The method was correlation. For this reason 293 female undergraduate and postgraduate students of university of Tehran, Which were selected by multi-stage cluster sampling, completed a Young Schema Questionnaire (YSQ), The Irrational Relationship Belief Inventory (IRB) and Rahim Organizational Conflict Inventory–II. Data analysis was performed using structural equation modeling with AMOS software. Finding revealed that direct effect of early maladaptive schemas and effective conflict solving styles (integration style and compromise style) was significant on irrational relationship beliefs. Also, in the relationship between maladaptive early schemas and irrational relationship beliefs, the effective conflict solving styles had a mediating role. Therefore, therapists can reduce the impact of relationship beliefs in their clients by evaluating early maladaptive schemas and increasing the skills of effective conflict resolution.
