آسيب شناسي اخلاق سياسي مديران در انديشه و سيره امام علي عليه السلام با تأكيد بر نهج البلاغه

Pathology of political ethics of managers in the Thought and Sirah of Imam Ali (AS) based on Nahj al-Balaghah

شرايط و مقتضيّات سياسي در هر عصري ايجاب مي­‌نمايد كه محققان در پي پاسخگوئي به مسائل و مشكلات زمانه خود برآيند و اين پژوهش نيز، با ارائۀ­ تصويري از انديشه سياسي بلند امام علي عليه السلام و عملكرد ايشان در ارتباط با مردم، در صدد پي بردن به سيرۀ علوي در عرصه­ سياست عصر امروز مي­باشد. از آن جا كه سياست، عرصه­اي آفت­‌خيز است كه اگر با حراست نفس و حاكميّت اخلاق همراه نباشد، مديران و كارگزاران جامعه را در دام آسيب­‌هاي اخلاقي گرفتار مي­‌نمايد؛ لذا سعي بر اين شده تا با الهام از كلام امام علي عليه السلام در نهج­‌البلاغه، دريچه­‌اي نو به سوي مديران جامعه، جهت شناخت آسيب­‌هاي اخلاقي در عرصۀ سياست و اجتماع، و تلاش در رفع اين آسيب­‌ها، گشوده شود. روش مطالعه در اين پژوهش، توصيفي ـ تحليلي بر اساس رويكرد كتابخانه­‌اي بوده است. در اين پژوهش تنها سه متغيّر تأثيرگذار در جامعه؛ يعني ظلم و بي­‌عدالتي، خشونت­ ورزي، دروغ­‌گويي و فريب­‌كاري، از منظر نهج­ البلاغه مورد بررسي و تجزيه و تحليل قرار گرفته است كه محصول اين آسيب­‌ها در جامعه، به وجود آمدن شرايط نامساعد اجتماعي و اقتصادي بوده كه نه تنها سرمايه­ اجتماعي يعني بي­‌اعتمادي مردم را نسبت به حكومت ديني فراهم مي­‌كند، بلكه مشروعيّت نظام سياسي را نيز، خدشه­‌دار مي­­‌نمايد.

In any era, the political conditions and requirements challenge researchers to respond to their time's issues and problems. By presenting a picture of the political thought of Imam Ali (AS) and his performance regarding people, this study seeks to understand the Alawite Sirah in today's political realm. Politics is a pernicious arena that traps society's managers and agents in the snare of moral predicaments, if not accompanied by self-preservation and morality. The present study aims to open a new window for the community leaders to recognize the moral predicaments in the social and political arena and eliminate these predicaments based on Imam Ali's words in Nahj al-Balaghah. Therefore, the authors used a descriptive-analytical method with a library approach. In this study, only three variables that affect the society, i.e., oppression and injustice, violence, lying, and deception, have been examined and analyzed based on Nahj al-Balaghah. These variables are the main reasons for unfavorable social and economic conditions that reduce the social capital, increase the distrust of the people to the religious government, and threaten the legitimacy of the political system.
