چكيده فارسي :
ﺳﺎﺑﻘﻪ و ﻫﺪف: اﻓﺰاﯾﺶ ﻓﻌﺎﻟﯿﺖ ﻣﻮﻟﮑﻮل ﻫﺎي ﭼﺴﺒﺎن ﺷﺎﺧﺼﯽ از اﺧﺘﻼل ﻋﻤﻠﮑﺮد اﻧﺪوﺗﻠﯿﻮم و آﺗﺮوﺳﮑﻠﺮوز اﺳﺖ. ﻫﺪف از اﻧﺠﺎم اﯾﻦ ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻖ ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ ﺗﺄﺛﯿﺮ ﻫﺸﺖ ﻫﻔﺘﻪ ﺗﻤﺮﯾﻦ ﺗﻨﺎوﺑﯽ ﺷﺪﯾﺪ )HIT( ﺑﺮVCAM1 ،ICAM1 ، اي ﺳﻠﮑﺘﯿﻦ، ﭘﯽ ﺳﻠﮑﺘﯿﻦ و ال ﺳﻠﮑﺘﯿﻦ ﺑﻮد. ﻣﻮاد و روﺷﻬﺎ: آزﻣﻮدﻧﯽﻫﺎي اﯾﻦ ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻖ زﻧﺎن ﺟﻮان ﺳﺎﻟﻢ ﭼﺎق ﻏﯿﺮ ﻓﻌﺎل ﺑﻮدﻧﺪ ﮐﻪ ﺑﻪ دو ﮔﺮوه ﮐﻨﺘﺮل و ﺗﺠﺮﺑﯽ ﺗﻘﺴﯿﻢ ﺷﺪﻧﺪ. آزﻣﻮدﻧﯽ ﻫﺎي ﮔﺮوه ﺗﺠﺮﺑﯽ در 8 ﻫﻔﺘﻪ ﺗﻤﺮﯾﻦ HIT )3ﺟﻠﺴﻪ در ﻫﻔﺘﻪ( ﺑﺎ ﺷﺪت 90 درﺻﺪ ﺿﺮﺑﺎن ﻗﻠﺐ ذﺧﯿﺮه ﺷﺮﮐﺖ ﮐﺮدﻧﺪ. ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪ ﻫﺎي ﺧﻮﻧﯽ ﻗﺒﻞ و 48 ﺳﺎﻋﺖ ﭘﺲ از ﺗﻤﺮﯾﻨﺎت ﺟﻤﻊ آوري ﺷﺪ. داده ﻫﺎ ﺑﺎ آزﻣﻮن ﻫﺎي ﺗﯽ واﺑﺴﺘﻪ و ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ ﮐﻮارﯾﺎﻧﺲ )اﻧﮑﻮوا( ﺗﺠﺰﯾﻪ و ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ ﺷﺪﻧﺪ. ﯾﺎﻓﺘﻪﻫﺎ: در ﮔﺮوه ﺗﺠﺮﺑﯽ ﻣﯿﺰان وزن، BMI و VCAM1 ﮐﺎﻫﺶ ﻣﻌﻨﯽدار و ﻣﯿﺰان اﺳﺘﻘﺎﻣﺖ ﻗﻠﺒﯽ ﺗﻨﻔﺴﯽ اﻓﺰاﯾﺶ ﻣﻌﻨﯽداري ﻧﺴﺒﺖ ﺑﻪ ﮔﺮوه ﮐﻨﺘﺮل ﻣﺸﺎﻫﺪه ﺷﺪ )0/05≤P(. ﻧﺘﯿﺠﻪﮔﯿﺮي: ﻫﺸﺖ ﻫﻔﺘﻪ ﺗﻤﺮﯾﻦ HIT از ﻃﺮﯾﻖ اﻓﺰاﯾﺶ اﺳﺘﻘﺎﻣﺖ ﻗﻠﺒﯽ ﺗﻨﻔﺴﯽ، ﮐﺎﻫﺶ وزن، BMI و ﺳﻄﻮح VCAM1 در ﮐﺎﻫﺶ ﺧﻄﺮ ﺗﺸﮑﯿﻞ ﭘﻼك آﺗﺮوژﻧﯿﮏ در زﻧﺎن ﺟﻮان ﭼﺎق ﻣﺆﺛﺮ اﺳﺖ. ﺑﻨﺎﺑﺮاﯾﻦ اﯾﻦ اﻓﺮاد ﻣﯽ ﺗﻮاﻧﻨﺪ از ﺗﻤﺮﯾﻨﺎت HIT ﺑﻪ ﻋﻨﻮان ﺗﻤﺮﯾﻨﺎت ﮐﻮﺗﺎه ﻣﺪت و ذﺧﯿﺮه ﮐﻨﻨﺪه زﻣﺎن ﺑﺮاي ﺣﻔﻆ ﺳﻼﻣﺖ ﻗﻠﺐ و ﻋﺮوق اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﻧﻤﺎﯾﻨﺪ.
چكيده لاتين :
Background Purpose: Activation of adhesive molecules is an index of endothelial dysfunction and atherosclerosis. The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of eight weeks high intensity interval training (HIT) on levels of ICAM1, VCAM1, E-selectin, P-selectin and L-selectin. Methodology: Subjects of this study included healthy young obese women that assigned into control and experimental groups. Subjects of experimental group performed eight weeks HIT trainings (3 sessions per week) with the intensity of 90% heart rate reserve. Blood sampling was done before and 48 hours after trainings. Data were analyzed using Paired T-test and covariance analysis (Ancova). Results: In experimental group, Weight, BMI and VCAM1 decreased and cardiorespiratory fitness increased significantly (P≤0/05). Conclusion: Eight weeks HIT training through elevation of cardiorespiratory fitness and reduction of weight, BMI and VCAM1 levels is effective in prevention of risk of atherogenic plaque formation in young obese women. Thus, these persons can use HIT trainings as short duration and time saving trainings for improvement of cardiovascular health.
