تحليل عوامل محيطي و سازماني مؤثر بر بروز پرخاشگري و خشونت تماشاچيان مسابقات واليبال ايران

Analysis of Environmental and Organizational Factors Affecting the Aggression and Violence of Iranian Volleyball Spectators

هدف از پژوهش حاضر تحليل عوامل محيطي و سازماني مؤثر بر بروز پرخاشگري و خشونت تماشاچيان مسابقات واليبال باشگاهي در ايران بود. جامعه آماري مسئولان برگزاري مسابقات و كادر فني تيمهاي واليبال ليگ برتر و دسته يك مردان باشگاههاي ايران در سالهاي 95 و 96، در مجموع 149 نفر بودند كه تعداد نمونهها برابر با جامعه آماري در نظر گرفته شد. براي دستيابي به اهداف پژوهش از پرسشنامه 46 سؤالي محقق ساخته استفاده شد. روايي صوري و محتوايي پرسشنامه به تأييد 15 نفر از متخصصان مديريت ورزشي و روايي سازه با تحليل عامل تأييدي تأييد شد. پايايي پرسشنامه در يك مطالعه مقدماتي با 30 آزمودني و با آلفاي كرونباخ 0.88 محاسبه شد. براي تحليل دادهها از روشهاي آماري توصيفي و استنباطي از جمله آزمون بارتلت، KMO ، تحليل عاملي تأييدي و اكتشافي با چرخش واريمكس توسط نرم افزار SPSS و AMOS استفاده شد. با توجه به نتيجه آزمون فريدمن، مقدار خي دو 005/17 با درجه آزادي 3 و سطح معناداري 001/0 با 95 درصد اطمينان ميتوان بيان كرد كه بين اولويت عوامل مؤثر بر رفتارهاي نابهنجار تماشاچيان واليبال تفاوت معناداري وجود دارد و در بين عوامل محيطي به ترتيب اولويت سه عامل شرايط جايگاه ها، ايمني و كنترل و خدمات رفاهي و در بين عوامل سازماني به ترتيب سه عامل حساسيت مسابقه، فرهنگ و برنامهريزي و اجراي مسابقه به عنوان مؤلفههاي مؤثر بر پرخاشگري و خشونت تماشاچيان واليبال در ايران نقش دارند و لزوم مديريت صحيح برگزاري مسابقات را تبيين مي كند.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the environmental and organizational factors affecting the aggression and violence of the volleyball spectators in Iran. The statistical society and also the samples were the organizers of the competition and the staff of the Premier League volleyball teams of Iran in 2016 and 2017 were 149 in total. A researcher-made questionnaire of 46 questions was used that it’s face and content validity was confirmed by 15 sports management stakeholders and it’s construct validity was confirmed using confirmatory factor analysis. The reliability of the questionnaire was calculated with Cronbach's alpha (0.88). Data analyzed with confirmatory factor analysis and exploratory factor analysis using SPSS and AMOS softwares. According to the Friedman test, the Xi value of 17/005 with the degree of freedom 3 and the significance level of 0.001 with 95% confidence that it could be stated that there is a significant difference between the priority of factors affecting the abnormal behaviors of volleyball spectators and among environmental factors, respectively, the priority of three factors of conditions of places, safety and control and welfare services and among organizational factors, respectively, three factors of competition sensitivity. , Culture and planning and implementation of the competition as effective components on the aggression and violence of volleyball spectators in Iran and explain the need for proper management of the tournament.
