مطالعه تطبيقي آموزش خلباني دانشگاه علوم و فنون هوايي شهيد ستاري با آموزش خلباني ساير دانشگاهاي مختلف جهان

آموزش خلباني در دانشگاه علوم و فنون هوايي از سه مرحله توسعه، مرحله «ايجاد و سازمان‌دهي» و «رشد و گسترش كمي» را پشست سرگذاشته و در مرحله «تأكيد بر كيفيت» مي باشد، از اين رو اين پژوهش با هدف مقايسه تطبيقي آموزش خلباني دانشگاه علوم و فنون هوايي شهيد ستاري با آموزش خلباني ساير دانشگاه هاي خلباني نظامي و غير نظامي انجام شده است. اين تحقيق ازنظر هدف از نوع تحقيقات كاربردي و ازنظر روش توصيفي- تحليلي است. داده‌هاي لازم با استفاده از مطالعه كتاب‌خانه‌اي جمع‌آوري و با استفاده از الگوي مطالعه تطبيقي بردي (Breddy) و به روش كيفي مورد تجزيه‌وتحليل قرارگرفته است. جامعه آماري تحقيق شامل مؤسسات آموزش عالي خلباني AOT آمريكا، ماكسول آمريكا، دانشگاه آريزونا، دانشگاه جنگ پاكستان و دانشگاه جنگ اسرائيل، دانشگاه جامع علمي و كاربردي مي باشد كه با روش هدفمند انتخاب گرديدند. يافته‌هاي تحقيق حاكي از آن است كه در دروس آلات دقيق پرواز، آئروديناميك، موتور و سيستم‌هاي هواپيما، فيزيولوژي، ناوبري و هواشناسي ازنظر برنامه‌ريزي ساعت درسي تفاوت معناداري بين نمونه‌هاي انتخاب‌شده مشاهده نگرديد. دانشگاه هوايي شهيد ستاري در دروس جنگ‌افزار و علوم نظامي، جنگ الكترونيك نسبت به ساير مراكز موردمطالعه، از برنامه‌ريزي قوي‌تري برخوردار است. در دانشگاه پاكستان در حوزه دروس جنگ و علوم نظامي فعاليت بيشتري بالأخص در دوره‌هاي موشك‌هاي بالستيك مشاهده شد. دروس پايه و قوانين هوانوردي در مراكز آموزشي آريزونا به نسبت ساير مؤسسات مورد مطالعه از برنامه‌ريزي قوي‌تري برخوردار است.

This research was conducted with the aim of comparative comparisons of pilot training at Shahid Sattari Air University (from the point of view of the source of the planned courses, the planned time of each lesson and the order and sequence of each lesson presentation) with selected international, regional and national universities. This research is a applied research in terms of the purpose and is descriptive-analytical regarding method. Data were collected by library method and analyzed using Breddy's comparative study model and qualitative method. The statistical population of the study consisted of American AOT pilot training institutes, Maxwell American University, Arizona University, Pakistan War University, and Israeli War University and Applied Scientific University. The method of selecting the statistical population is Purposeful sampling. Research findings indicate that there was no significant difference between the samples in the exact courses of flight, aerodynamics, engine and aircraft systems, physiology, navigation, and meteorology in terms of curriculum planning. Shahid Sattari Air Force University has a better program in the fields of warfare, military science and electronic warfare than other other universities studied. In the University of Pakistan, more specifically in the field of war and military science, especially in ballistic missile program, more action were observed. Basic courses and aviation laws in Arizona's educational centers were seen more powerful than other selected institutes
