چكيده فارسي :
هدف از اين پژوهش ارائه الگوي حكمراني خوب و كارايي و اثربخشي در بيانيه گام دوم انقلاب اسلامي بوده است. روش اين تحقيق اسنادي و تحليل محتواي بيانيه گام دوم با استفاده از كدگذاري باز و مشورت با نخبگان در ارائه الگوي نهايي مي باشد. در تطبيق با شاخص هاي كارآيي و اثربخشي در حكمراني خوب با متن بيانيه گام دوم، مولفه هاي هر بخش احصاء و مدل مفهومي نهايي طراحي شد. طبق نتايج اين تحقيق، در حوزه هاي كارآيي و اثربخشي اقتصادي و سياسي - اجتماعي، الگوي حكمراني خوب در گام دوم مبتني بر مولفه هاي مديريت جهادي، استفاده از ظرفيت هاي طبيعي و انساني، نظريه نظام انقلابي، مردم سالاري ديني، خودسازي، جامعه سازي، تمدن سازي نوين اسلامي، تضمين آزادي هاي فردي و اجتماعي، عدالت و مبارزه جدي با مفاسد قتصادي، نفي
تصدي گري دولت، مردمي كردن اقتصاد، تقويت توليد، ملازمت اخلاق و معنويت، ثبات و امنيت مي باشد.
چكيده لاتين :
The purpose of this study was to present a model of good governance and efficiency and effectiveness in the statement of the second step of the Islamic Revolution. The method of this documentary research and analysis of the content of the statement is the second step using open coding and consultation with the elite in presenting the final model. In accordance with the efficiency and effectiveness indicators in good governance with the text of the second step statement, the components of each statistical section and the final conceptual model were designed. According to the results of this study, in the fields of efficiency and effectiveness of economic and socio-political, the model of good governance in the second step based on the components of jihadi management, use of natural and human capacities, revolutionary system theory, religious democracy, self-improvement , Socialization, modern Islamic civilization, guarantee of individual and social freedoms, justice and serious struggle against economic corruption, denial of state ownership, popularization of the economy, strengthening production, moral and spirituality, stability and security.
