چكيده فارسي :
پيروزي انقلاب اسلامي در بهمن 57 به رهبري امام خميني (ره)، منشأ تحولات عظيمي در منطقه و جهان گرديد؛ اين انقلاب چهل دهه از عمر خود را با وجود فشارها و تحريم هاي خارج و موانع داخلي از جانب دشمنان به خصوص آمريكا با موفقيت گذرانيد. مقام معظم رهبري در پايان چهل سالگي بيانيه اي تحت عنوان گام دوم انقلاب اسلامي را مطرح كردند. با توجه به اينكه بيانيه از سوي شخصيت والامقام و رهبر انقلاب اسلامي تدوين‌شده، پرداختن به موضوع از اهميت بالايي برخوردار است. هدف پژوهش حاضر راجع به دلايل ضرورت ابلاغ بيانيه است. در اين پژوهش از روش تحليل اسنادي كه از انواع روش هاي كيفي است استفاده شده است. با اين روش، اسناد و مدارك موجود شامل كتب، مقالات مجموعه بيانات و سخنراني هاي رهبري بررسي شده است. براساس يافته
هاي پژوهش بيش‌ترين تأكيدات رهبري پيرامون اميد جوانان به آينده، اقتصاد مقاومتي، چشم انداز و بازخواني شعارها و اهداف انقلاب است. بيانيه بسيار به موقع بود و ضرورت داشت كه دستاوردهاي انقلاب به همه‌ي ملت به ويژه جوانان اعلام گردد؛ تا با مطالعه گذشته و مقايسه اين دستاوردها با رژيم پهلوي و قاجار، قضاوت‌هاي اشتباهي كه بعضي ها عليه انقلاب اسلامي داشتند، از بين برود. در واقع بيانيه به دستاوردها و گزارش عملكردي از انقلاب اشاره دارد و افق آينده را ترسيم كرده است. لذا براي تحقق آرمان بزرگ‌تر يعني ايجاد تمدن اسلامي مهم‌ترين راه‌كار مقاومت و عدم تسليم است.

The victory of the Islamic Revolution in February 1957 under the leadership of Imam Khomeini became the source of great changes in the region and the world; This revolution has passed forty decades of its life successfully, despite external pressures and sanctions and internal obstacles from the enemies, especially the United States. At the end of his forties, the Supreme Leader issued a statement entitled The Second Step of the Islamic Revolution. Given that the statement was prepared by the Supreme Leader and the Leader of the Islamic Revolution, addressing the issue is of great importance. The purpose of this study is to explain the reasons for the need to issue a statement. In this research, the method of document analysis, which is a variety of qualitative methods, has been used. In this way, the available documents, including books, articles, statements, and leadership lectures, have been reviewed. According to the research findings, the most emphasis of the leadership on the youth's hope for the future is the resistance economy, the vision and re-reading of the slogans and goals of the revolution. The statement was very timely and it was necessary to announce the achievements of the revolution to the whole nation, especially the youth; By studying the past and comparing these achievements with the Pahlavi and Qajar regimes, the erroneous judgments that some had against the Islamic Revolution will be eliminated. In fact, the statement refers to the achievements and performance report of the revolution and outlines the future. Therefore, to achieve the greater ideal, namely the creation of Islamic civilization, the most important strategy is resistance and non-surrender.
