چكيده فارسي :
ﺑﺨﺶ ﻣﻬﻤﯽ از ﻓﺮاﯾﻨﺪﻫﺎي ﺷﯿﻤﯿﺎﯾﯽ را ﻋﻤﻞ اﺧﺘﻼط و ﺗﺮﮐﯿﺐ ﻣﻮاد ﺗﺸﮑﯿﻞ ﻣﯽدﻫﺪ. در اﯾﻦ ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻖ، ﺳﻌﯽ ﺷﺪه اﺳﺖ ﺷﺒﯿﻪﺳﺎزي اﺧﺘﻼط واﮐﻨﺶ Villermaux-Dushman ﺑﺎ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از ﻧﺮماﻓﺰار ﺷﺒﯿﻪﺳﺎزي COMSOL Multiphysics ﺑﺮاي دو ﻣﯿﮑﺮوﮐﺎﻧﺎل ﺑﺎ ﺳﻄﺢ ﻣﻘﻄﻊﻫﺎي ﻣﺮﺑﻌﯽ و ذوزﻧﻘﻪاي ﺑﺎ اﺑﻌﺎد ﻣﺸﺨﺺ و ﺑﻪﻣﻨﻈﻮر دﺳﺘﯿﺎﺑﯽ ﺑﻪ ﺣﺪاﻗﻞ ﺷﺎﺧﺺ ﺟﺪاﯾﺶ ﺧﺮوﺟﯽ ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ ﻣﯽﺷﻮد. از دادهﻫﺎي ﺗﺠﺮﺑﯽ ﺑﺮاي وروديﻫﺎي ﻣﻌﻠﻮم ﺑﻪ ﻧﺮماﻓﺰار اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﺷﺪ. اﺛﺮ دﺑﯽ ﺣﺠﻤﯽ ﺑﺮ ﺷﺎﺧﺺ ﺟﺪاﯾﯽ Xs ﺑﻪﻋﻨﻮان ﻣﻌﯿﺎر ﺳﻨﺠﺶ ﮐﯿﻔﯿﺖ اﺧﺘﻼط و ﻧﯿﺰ اﻓﺖ ﻓﺸﺎر درون ﻣﯿﮑﺮوﮐﺎﻧﺎل ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ ﺷﺪ. ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ ﺣﺎﺻﻞ از ﻣﺪلﺳﺎزي ﺣﺎﮐﯽ از آن اﺳﺖ ﮐﻪ در ﮐﻠﯿﮥ دﺑﯽﻫﺎ، ﻣﯿﮑﺮوﮐﺎﻧﺎل Tﺷﮑﻞ ﺑﺎ ﺳﻄﺢ ﻣﻘﻄﻊ ﻣﺮﺑﻌﯽ ﺑﺎ ﺷﺎﺧﺺ ﺟﺪاﯾﺶ ﻧﺰدﯾﮏﺗﺮ ﺑﻪ ﺻﻔﺮ )0/0001- 0/0067( ﻧﺴﺒﺖ ﺑﻪ ﻣﯿﮑﺮوﮐﺎﻧﺎل T ﺷﮑﻞ ﺑﺎ ﺳﻄﺢ ﻣﻘﻄﻊ ذوزﻧﻘﻪاي ﻋﻤﻠﮑﺮد ﺑﻬﺘﺮي دارد. ﻣﻘﺎدﯾﺮ اﻓﺖ ﻓﺸﺎر، ﻫﻢ در ﮐﺎر ﻣﺪل و ﻫﻢ ﮐﺎر ﺗﺠﺮﺑﯽ در ﻫﻤﮥ دﺑﯽﻫﺎ از 1ml/min ﺗﺎ 18 ﻧﺰدﯾﮏ ﺑﻪ ﻫﻢ و در ﻣﺤﺪودة 0/01bar ﺗﺎ 0/3 ﺗﻐﯿﯿﺮ ﮐﺮد. ﻫﻤﭽﻨﯿﻦ ﻧﺮماﻓﺰار ﻣﻮرد اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﮐﻪ در ﻣﺪلﺳﺎزي واﮐﻨﺶ ﻣﻮازي رﻗﺎﺑﺘﯽ ﯾﺪﯾﺪ-ﯾﺪات از دﻗﺖ ﻧﺴﺒﺘﺎً زﯾﺎدي ﺑﺮﺧﻮردار اﺳﺖ.
چكيده لاتين :
A significant part of the chemical process is the mixing and mixing process. In this research, it has been tried to simulate the mixing of the Villermaux-Dushman reaction using the COMSOL Multiphysics simulation software for two microchannels with specified square and trapezoidal dimensions to achieve the minimum output separation index. Experimental data were used for the inputs to the software. The effect of volumetric flow on the Xs, separation index, as a measure of mixing quality and the drop in microchannel pressure was investigated. The results of modeling show that for all flow rates, the T-shaped micro-channel with square cross-section with separation index close to zero (0.0067-0.0001) performs better than T-shaped micro-channel with trapezoidal cross-section. The pressure drop, both in model work and experimental work, was varied in the range of 0.01 to 0.3 bar by changing the flow rate from 1 to 18 ml/min, in discharge. The pressure, velocity, and separation index contours were compared for each microchannel. Also, the software used has shown that it has a fairly high accuracy in modeling the parallel reaction of iodide-iodate.
