The Quran's Implications of Talent

يكي از موضوعات و مقولات مهم و اساسي زندگي انسان كه در پيشبرد اهداف فردي و اجتماعي او نقش موثر و حائز‌ اهميتي دارد، مفهوم استعداد و شناخت توانمندي‌هاي او است. از آنجا كه قدم اول اين شناخت، داشتن تعريفي مشخص از اين مفهوم مي‌باشد، پژوهش حاضر درصدد برآمد به واسطه اشراف‌خداوند به ساختارهاي وجودي‌انسان، تعريف‌موردنظر را به شيوه كيفي و به روش استقرايي اكتشافي در قرآن‌كريم مورد بررسي قرار دهد. براي اين منظور تك‌تك واژگان‌قرآن از طريق استقراي‌تام مورد بررسي قرارگرفتند و شبكه‌مفهومي از واژگاني كه هركدام از وجهي مفهوم استعداد را در خود دارند استخراج شد. اين واژه‌ها عبارتند از : «فِعل»، «قَدر»، «وُسع»، «يُسر»، «عُسر»، «نِعمت»، «فَضل»، «سَبيل»، «كَلَف»، «طوع»، «وَرَث»، «عَمل»، «شَكل» و «طوق». در نهايت از جمع‌بندي واژگان، تعريفي از استعداد به اين شرح بدست آمد: استعداد مجموعه‌اي از توان‌هاي ذاتي، اكتسابي عمومي و اختصاصي است كه در هر كسي ذيل محدوده خاصي به نام شاكله قرار گرفته و به اين صورت زمينه و اقتضاي ايجاد افعال و اعمال خاصي را همراه با رغبت و اراده‌اي ويژه از گذر مسيري مشخص و سهل‌الوصول‌تر فراهم مي-آورد. اين توان‌ها وقتي در مسير مختص خودشان قرارمي‌گيرند براي فرد وسعت و قدرت عمل بيشتري ايجاد كرده، طاقت رويارويي با مشكلات و موانع شكوفايي آن‌ها را به او مي‌دهند و در نهايت اين فرآيند مي‌تواند تبديل به عملي همسنخ با خواست و اراده‌الهي شود.

One of the important and fundamental issues of human life, which has an effective and important role in advancing his individual and social goals, is the concept of talent and recognizing his abilities. Since the first step in this cognition is to have a clear definition of this concept, the present study seeks to examine the definition in a qualitative way and in an inductive method of exploration in the Holy Qur'an through the aristocracy of God to human existential structures. For this purpose, each of the words of the Qur'an was examined through induction, and a comprehensive network of words, each of which has the meaning of talent, was extracted.These words are: »fel«, »ghadr«, »vos«, »yosr«, »osr«, »nemat«, »fazl«, »sabil«, »kalaf«,» toe«, »varasa«, »shakele« and »togh«. Finally, the vocabulary is summed up in the definition of talent as follows: Talent is a set of intrinsic, generic, and special abilities that fall within each of the following specific areas called shakelah, and thus the context and the motive for generating verbs. an‎d it provides specific actions, along with a special willingness and willingness to go through a clearer and easier path. When they are on their own path, they provide greater scope and power for the individual, overcoming their difficulties and obstacles, and can eventually become a practice in harmony with God's will.
