بررسي جايگاه اصل منع اختلال درنظام اجتماعي از منظر امام خميني(ره)

در دين اسلام امنيت و نظم در جامعه، پايه و اساس تشكيل و استمرار يك نظام اجتماعي محسوب مي‌شود و اين مهم را مي‌توان در انديشه بزرگان دين يافت. نظام در مفاهيم و مراتب گوناگوني مثل سامان داشتن زندگي اجتماعي، كيان كشور، حكومت، مجموعه احكام و موازين اسلام و خرده‌ نظام‌هاي سياسي، فرهنگي، اجتماعي و اقتصادي به كارمي‌رود و زماني كه گفته مي‌شود اختلال درنظام جايزنيست منظور از نظام؛ نظام اسلامي، نظام و سرزمين اسلامي، نظام حكومت اسلامي و نظام زندگي و معيشت مردم و منع اختلال در آن است كه در اين تحقيق آنچه مورد نظر مي‌باشد منع اختلال در نظام اجتماعي و معيشت مردم است. از جمله بزرگان معاصر كه بحث منع اختلال در نظام را مطرح و به آن پرداخته است امام خميني(ره) است. از نظر ايشان حفظ نظام به حكم عقل از اوجب واجبات و اختلال در آن حرام است و هيچ حكمي توان و ياراي تزاحم با آن را ندارد. اين تحقيق با روشي توصيفي – تحليلي و با مطالعه كتابخانه‌اي اصل منع اختلال در نظام را با رويكردي برمنظر امام خميني(ره) به عنوان يك اصل معرفي كرده است.
