Description and its Types based on the Theory of Descriptology Case Study: Zidari Nasavi’s Nafthat al-Masdur

توصيف‌شناسي، دانشي است كه به بررسي چيستي توصيف مي‌پرازد، ادبيات را از منظر توصيف مي‌بيند؛ مي‌كوشد كه گونه‌هاي مختلف توصيف را برپايه متون ادبي كشف كند و با ايجاد چهارچوبي جامع و ساختارمند، دستگاهي را ارائه نمايد كه بتوان انواع متن را از ديدگاه توصيف‌شناسي نقد كرد. پژوهش پيش ‌رو قصد دارد كه براساس نظريه توصيف‌شناسي و با تكيه بر نمونه‌هايي از نفثه‌المصدور شهاب‌الدين محمد خرندزي زيدري نسوي، ضمن تعريف دوباره به گونه‌شناسيِ آن بپردازد. گونه­شناسي به عنوان يك مدل يا الگوي بوطيقايي به عرضه يك چهارچوب مفهومي و نظري مي­پردازد؛ در عين حال به ‌عنوان يك ابزار انتقادي، كاربردي كاوشگرانه دارد و امكان تحليل ادبي را از يك متن فراهم مي­آورد. در اين راستا، نفثه‌المصدور از ظرفيت كافي به عنوان بستري براي تكميل اين نظريه برخوردار است؛ زيرا داراي تنوع چشم گير و مطلوبي است و نگاه ويژه‌اي به توصيف و كاربرد آن در متن داشتهاست. نگارنده بر آن است كه بسياري از زيبايي ­ها و ويژگي­ هاي متن ادبي از خلال بررسي شگردها و شيوه ­ها و ريزه‌كاري‌هاي كاربرد توصيف امكان­پذير است. اين پژوهش، تحليلي توصيف‌شناسانه از متن نيست بلكه مقدمه‌اي بر اين كار است و دستگاهي را معرفي مي‌نمايد كه بتوان پژوهش‌هاي توصيف‌شناسانه را با استفاده از آن صورت داد.

Descriptology examines the nature of description, studies literature from the perspective of description, tries to identify different types of description in literary texts and, by providing a structured framework, offers a system for the criticism of texts. The main aim of the present study is to apply the theory of descriptology to Shahab al-Din Zidari’s Nafthat al-Masdur in order to redefine description and examine its types. As a model or paradigm, typology encompasses a conceptual and theoretical framework, while being a critical tool, it has exploratory use and allows for the literary analysis of a text. In this regard, Nafthat al-Masudar has the potential to serve as a basis for the completion of this theory, as it displays a remarkable variety and offers a special view of description and its application in the text. The paper argues that many of the beauties and characteristics of the literary text are made possible through the examination of the techniques, methods, and details of the description used. However, this paper is not a descriptological analytic study of the text; it is merely an introduction to it and offers an apparatus that can be used for descriptological research.
