چكيده فارسي :
امنيت، هميشه يكي از مهمترين نيازهاي بشر بوده و است. وجود امنيت پايدار لازمه توسعه همه جانبه(اقتصادي، سياسي، فرهنگي، اجتماعي و...) كشورمان ايران مي باشد و عدم امنيت موجب صدمات جبران ناپذيري به منافع ملي تلقي مي شود. يكي از مؤلفه‌هاي امنيت، امنيت اجتماعي است. امنيت اجتماعي، يك واژه نسبتاً نويني
مي باشد كه در مقابل پديده آسيب‌هاي اجتماعي قرار دارد. امنيت اجتماعي يك رابطه معني داري با آسيب اجتماعي در ابعاد و وجوه مختلف دارد. به عبارت ديگر افزايش آسيب‌هاي اجتماعي موجب كاهش امنيت اجتماعي مي شود. يكي از مفاهيم امنيت اجتماعي به معني فقدان و كاهش بزهكاري است كه از مهمترين مؤلفه‌هاي امنيت اجتماعي تلقي مي شود و از آسيب‌هاي جدي جامعه به حساب مي آيد. از آنجا كه قشر دانش آموزان كشورمان ايران، از سرمايه‌هاي ارزشمند كشور به حساب مي آيند، اهميت پرداختن به موضوعات آنها را دو چندان مي نمايد. در اين تحقيق، ابتدا تأثير آسيب‌هاي اجتماعي بر امنيت اجتماعي با تأكيد بر بزهكاري دانش آموزان نوجوان و جوان به تفكيك مورد بحث و مطالعه قرار خواهد گرفت كه به صورت گفتمان سلبي و ايجابي بحث خواهد شد. همچنين مطالبي در باره علل، پيشگيري و كاستن آسيب‌هاي اجتماعي (بزهكاري دانش آموزان نوجوان و جوان) مورد مطالعه قرار خواهد گرفت ودر ادامه پيشنهادات و راهكارهايي ارايه خواهد شد.

Security has always been one of the most important human needs. The existence of sustainable security is necessary for the development of all-encompassing (economic, political, cultural, social, etc.) of our country, Iran, and insecurity causes irreparable harm to national interests. One of the elements of security is social security. Social security is a relatively new term that is in contrast of social damages. Social security has a significant relationship with social damage in different dimensions. In other words, increasing social damages reduces social security. One of the concepts of social security means the loss and reduction of delinquency, which is considered to be one of the most important elements of social security and is a serious damage to society. Since the students of our country, Iran, are the most valuable assets of the country, the importance of studying their issues is doubled. In this research, firstly the impact of social damage on social security, with emphasis on the delinquency of teenager and youth students, will be discussed separately, in a negative and affirmative discourse. Also, we study the causes, prevention and reduction of social damages (teenager and youth student's delinquency) will be studied and further suggestions and strategies will be presented.
