چكيده فارسي :
بررسي دقيق كاركرد سرمايه اجتماعي در ايجاد احساس امنيت نيازمند بررسي چهار مؤلفه اصلي اعتماد اجتماعي، روابط اجتماعي، مشاركت اجتماعي و انسجام اجتماعي مي باشد. لذا در اين پژوهش با روش كتابخانه اي با تحليل و توصيف شاخصه هاي سرمايه اجتماعي و مهمترين مؤلفه آن، يعني اعتماد اجتماعي تكيه شود، تا بتوان كاركرد سرمايه اجتماعي را در ايجاد احساس امنيت برآورد نمود. احساس امنيت به عنوان يك پديده روانشناختي و اجتماعي، مستلزم تجربه هاي مستقيم و غيرمستقيم افراد از شرايط متفاوت اجتماعي است كه آدمي براي رسيدن به زندگي سالم نيازمند آن، مي باشد. لذا بعد ذهني امنيت اجتماعي در ارتباط با وضعيت سرمايه اجتماعي با تكيه بر اعتماد اجتماعي مدنظر ما است،كه با فراهم شدن بسترهاي احترام به سنت ها، عرف، هنجارها و ارزش هاي اجتماعي در زندگي اجتماعي زمينه سرعت بخشيدن به سلامت اجتماعي و احساس امنيت را فراهم مي آورد. امنيت در يك بعد به معناي رهايي از ترس مي باشد و اين كه مردم هراس و بيمي نسبت به حقوق و آزادي هاي مشروع خود نداشته باشند، لذا امنيت پيوند عميقي با ساختارهاي اقتصادي، اجتماعي و فرهنگي جامعه دارد. بنابراين سرمايه اجتماعي و به تبع آن اعتماد اجتماعي بر ارتقاء يا كاهش ميزان احساس امنيت اجتماعي در هر جامعه مؤثر مي باشد. بنابراين در اين تحقيق با استفاده از روش تحليلي توصيفي و بهره گيري از منابع كتابخانه اي به اين نتيجه رسيده مي شود كه، هر چه ميزان سرمايه اجتماعي در جامعه بيشتر باشد به همان ميزان احساس امنيت نيز بيشتر خواهد بود و شاخص اعتماد اجتماعي بيشترين همبستگي را با احساس امنيت اجتماعي دارد.

A distinct review of the function of social capital in creating a feeling of security requires looking at four main elements of social trust, public affairs, social participation, and social coherence. Therefore, in this research, using a library method, we analyze and describe the characteristics of social capital and its most important element, namely, social trust, in order to assess the function of social capital in creating Perceived Security. The perceived security as a psychological and social phenomenon, involves direct and indirect experiences of people from different social conditions that a person needs it to achieve a healthy life. Therefore, the mental dimension of social security in relation to the state of social capital, relying on our social trust, is our purpose which provides the field of accelerating social health and perceiving security by providing a framework for respecting the traditions, customs, norms and social values in social life. Security in one dimension means getting rid of fear and that people are not afraid of their legitimate rights and freedoms; So security has a deep link with the economic, social and cultural structures of society. Therefore, social capital and consequently social trust affect the increasing or reduction of perceived social security in any society. Therefore, in this research, using a descriptive analytical method and utilizing library resources, it is concluded that, each the greater the social capital in society, the greater the sense of security, and the social trust index has the highest degree of coherence with the perceived social security.
