شناسايي راهكارهاي مؤثر بر برون‌رفت هيئت‌هاي ورزشي استان خراسان رضوي از درماندگي مالي

Identifying Effective Solutions to Exit from the Financial Helplessness of Sports Delegations of Khorasan Razavi Province

پژوهش حاضر براساس رويكرد ساختاري-تفسيري، با هدف شناسايي راهكارهاي مؤثر بر برون‌رفت هيئت‌هاي ورزشي استان خراسان رضوي از درماندگي مالي انجام شد. پژوهش حاضر از نوع پژوهش‌هاي كيفي با ماهيت تحليلي‌ بود و از نوع مطالعات كاربردي است كه به روش ساختاري-تفسيري انجام شده است. ابزار جمع‌آوري داده‌هاي پژوهش، مطالعات اسنادي، مصاحبه و پرسشنامۀ‌ دلفي بود. جامعۀ آماري پژوهش شامل صاحب‌نظران در اين حوزه بود كه از اين تعداد 25 نفر به شيوۀ هدفمند در هر بخش از پژوهش به‌عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. همچنين براي تجزيه و تحليل داده‌ها از مدل ساختاري-تفسيري استفاده شد. درنهايت 33 شاخص موثر بر برون‌رفت هيئت‌هاي ورزشي استان خراسان رضوي از درماندگي مالي شناسايي شدند و در پنج بعد راهكار مديريتي، فعاليت‌هاي اقتصادي، راهكار قانوني، فعاليت‌هاي بازاريابي و فعاليت‌هاي آموزشي و اجرايي و در سه سطح قرار گرفتند كه راهكار قانوني به‌عنوان سطح سوم مدل شناسايي شد؛ درنتيجه هيئت‌هاي ورزشي براي خروج از درماندگي مالي بايد توجه ويژه‌اي به راهكار قانوني داشته باشند تا زمينۀ ظهور و تحقق ساير عوامل در سطوح بالاي مدل فراهم شود. همچنين توجه به ساير راهكارهاي سطح‌بندي شده در پژوهش حاضر و تمركز بر آن‌ها مي‌تواند حركت مؤثري در راستاي رفع مشكلات مالي هيئت‌هاي ورزشي باشد.

The aim of the present study was to identify effective solutions to exit from the financial helplessness of sports delegations of Khorasan Razavi province. The present study is a qualitative research with an analytical nature and is a type of applied research that was performed by interpretive structural method. The data collection tools were research, documentary studies, interviews and Delphi Questionnaire. The statistical population of the study included experts in this field, of which 25 people were selected as the target in each part of the study as a sample. An interpretive structural model (ISM) was also used to analyze the data. Finally, 33 indicators affecting the financial helplessness of Khorasan Razavi sports delegations were identified and in 5 dimensions of management solutions, economic activities, legal solutions, marketing activities and educational and executive activities were placed in 3 levels is identified That The legal solution was identified as the third level of the model. As a result, in order to get out of financial helplessness, sports delegations must pay special attention to the legal solution to provide the ground for the emergence and realization of other factors at the top levels of the model, Also, paying attention and focusing on the leveled solutions in the present study can be an effective move in solving the financial problems of sports delegations.
