تبيين جامعه‌شناختي ارتباط بين« مشاركت اعضاء» و«موفقيت» تعاوني‌هاي كشاورزي (موردمطالعه: تعاوني‌هاي كشاورزي استان لرستان)

پژوهش حاضر كه به روش پيمايشي انجام گرفته از نظر هدف تحقيقي كاربردي است، جامعه آماري آن اعضاي تعاوني‌هاي «فعال» كشاورزي در لرستان است كه تعداد 354 نفر آن‌ها طبق فرمول كوكران از طريق نمونه‌گيري سهميه‌اي متناسب با حجم، به‌عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. ابزار تحقيق پرسشنامه بود كه روايي صوري آن طبق نظرات 15 تن از اعضاي جامعه آماري تعيين و روايي محتواي ابزار پژوهش با استفاده از نسبت اعتبار محتوا (cvr) و پايايي آن نيز از طريق آزمون آلفاي كرونباخ محاسبه گرديد كه مقدار آن 76/0 شد و داده‌هاي تحقيق نيز به‌وسيله نرم‌افزارهاي Spss و Amos تحليل گرديدند. مطابق نتايج آزمون t تك‌جمله‌اي مشاركت اعضا در اداره امور تعاوني‌هاي موردمطالعه از سطح متوسط بالاتر است. همچنين نتايج آزمون همبستگي متغيرها و نتايج تحليل معادلات ساختاري مدل تحقيق رابطه بين ابعاد مشاركت اعضاء (مشاركت اعضاء در مجامع عمومي، مشاركت اعضاء در نظارت بر امور تعاوني، مشاركت اعضاء در مديريت و مشاركت اقتصادي اعضا) و «موفقيت» تعاوني‌هاي كشاورزي را تأييد نمود و ارتباط بين آن‌ها با سطح اطمينان 99 درصد يك ارتباط مستقيم، مثبت و معني‌دار نشان داده شد. نتايج كسب‌شده در رابطه با شاخص‌هاي برازش حاصله مدل نشان داد كه مدل تحقيق از برازش مناسبي برخوردار است. در همين رابطه بين زنان و مردان متأهل و مجرد تفاوت معني‌داري از لحاظ مشاركت در فعاليت‌هاي تعاوني وجود نداشت در حالي كه بين متغيرهاي سن، سابقه عضويت، تحصيلات و ميزان سهام اعضا با موفقيت تعاوني‌ها رابطه مستقيم و معني‌دار ملاحظه گرديد.

The present study, which employs a survey method, is applied in terms of the purpose. Its statistical population is the "members" of "active" agricultural cooperatives in Lorestan. The research instrument was a questionnaire whose face validity was determined according to the opinions of 15 members of the statistical community, its content validity was calculated using content validity ratio (CVR) and its reliability was calculated by Cronbach's alpha test which was 0.76 and the data was analyzed by SPSS and Amos software. According to the results of the one-sentence t-test, members' participation in the management of the cooperatives studied is above average, as well as the results of correlation tests of variables and the results of structural equation analysis of the research model. (Members’ participation in general assemblies, members' participation in cooperative oversight, members’ participation in management and members' economic participation,) and "success" of agricultural cooperatives was confirmed and the relationship between them with 99% confidence level showed a direct, positive and significant relationship. The results obtained in relation to the fit indices of the model showed that the research model has a good fit. In this regard, there was no significant difference between married and single men and women in terms of participation in cooperative activities, while there was a direct and significant relationship between the variables of age, membership history, education and members' shares in the success of cooperatives.
