طراحي و برازش الگوي ساختاري تأثير نقش مهارت‌هاي رهبري مربيان در انسجام گروهي و عملكرد تيمي تيم‌هاي واليبال و فوتسال

Designing and fitting the structural model of role of coaches' leadership skills impact on the group cohesion and team performance of volleyball and futsal teams

هدف كلي از پژوهش حاضر طراحي و برازش الگوي ساختاري تاثير نقش مهارت هاي رهبري مربيان در انسجام گروهي و عملكرد تيمي تيم‌هاي واليبال و فوتسال حاضر در سي‌امين دوره‌ي مسابقات ورزشي دانش‌آموزان دختر سراسر كشور مي‌باشد. اين پژوهش براساس هدف، كاربردي و از نظر ماهيت، توصيفي - تحليلي مي‌باشد و به روش پيمايشي انجام شده است. جامعه‌ي آماري پژوهش را كليه‌ي مربيان شركت‌كننده در سي‌امين دوره‌ي مسابقات ورزشي دانش‌آموزان دختر سراسر كشور تشكيل مي‌دهند (300 نفر). حجم نمونه‌ي آماري براساس فرمول كوكران 168 نفر برآورد شد. براي جمع‌آوري داده‌ها، از پرسشنامه‌هاي مهارت‌هاي رهبري كافمن- اسكاربورگ و ليندكويست، انسجام گروهي در ورزش كارن و عملكرد تيمي مايكل وست استفاده شده است. تجزيه و تحليل داده‌ها با نرم‌افزار SPSS،و AMOS به عمل آمد. داده‌ها با استفاده از آزمون همبستگي پيرسون و به روش مدلسازي معادلات ساختاري تحليل گرديد. نتايج نشان داد، مهارت‌هاي رهبري بر انسجام تيمي، مهارت‌هاي رهبري بر عملكرد تيمي و انسجام تيمي بر عملكرد تيمي تأثير‌ مستقيم و مثبتي داشت. شاخص‌هاي مدل، همگي نشان‌دهنده‌ي برازش مطلوب و تاييد مدل پژوهش است. مربيان مي توانند مهارت‌هاي رهبري خود را بيش از پيش تقويت نمايند و توانايي به كار بردن مؤثر هر كدام از مهارت‌هاي فني، ادراكي و انساني را در شرايط مناسب داشته باشند. به طور كلي، آن‌ها بايد در شرايط متغير، اقدام و عمل مؤثري را داشته باشند. همچنين تحليل شاخص‌هاي برازش مدل ساختاري تحقيق حاكي از اين بود كه مدل تحقيق داراي برازش مناسب و لذا توانايي بالايي در اندازه‌گيري متغير اصلي تحقيق است.

The general purpose of this study was to design and fit the structural pattern of role of coaches' leadership skills impact on the group cohesion and team performance of volleyball and futsal teams in the thirtieth period of female student sports competitions throughout the country. This goal-based research is applied and by nature, it is descriptive-analytical and this research is a survey. The statistical population of the study consisted of all instructors participating in thirty-three courses of female students' sports competitions across the country (300 persons). The statistical sample size was estimated to be 168 according to Cochran formula. To collect data, Kaufman- Scarborough, & Lindquist leadership skills, Karan group cohesion, and Michael West's and team performance questionnaires were used. Data were analyzed by SPSS, Excel and AMOS software. Data were analyzed using Pearson correlation test and structural equation modeling. The results showed, leadership skills on team cohesion, leadership skills on team performance, and team cohesion had a direct and positive impact on team performance. The model parameters all indicate a good fit and confirm the research model. Coaches need to further develop their leadership skills and have the ability to effectively apply any of the technical, cognitive and human skills in the right circumstances. In general, they need to be effective in changing circumstances. Also, Analysis of the structural model fit indices of study indicate that the model has a good fit and it has a high ability to measure the main variable.
