The Role of Social Responsibility and Professional Ethics in Promoting the Social Capital of Physical Education Teachers in Tehran

هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسي نقش مسئوليت اجتماعي و اخلاق حرفه‌اي در ارتقاء سرمايه اجتماعي معلمين تربيت بدني شهر تهران بود. اين تحقيق از نظر هدف كاربردي و از نظر روش، توصيفي مبتني بر معادلات ساختاري بود. جامعه آماري اين تحقيق شامل كليه معلمان تربيت بدني شهر تهران در سال تحصيلي 98-1397 كه در مجموع 2343 نفر بودند. نمونه‌گيري با استفاده روش نمونه‌گيري خوشه‌اي با در نظر گرفتن حجم جامعه آماري از جدول تعيين حجم نمونه مورگان استفاده شد و بر اين اساس حجم نمونه 425 نفر بدست آمد. به منظور اندازه گيري متغيرهاي تحقيق از پرسشنامه‌هاي استاندارد مسئوليت اجتماعي و استوارتز (2003)، اخلاق حرفه‌اي مقيمي و رمضان (1390) و سرمايه اجتماعي خداداد و همكاران (1389) استفاده شد. تجزيه و تحليل داده‌ها با استفاده از نرم افزار SPSS و AMOS براي آمار توصيفي و استنباطي استفاده گرديد. نتايج تحقيق نشان داد كه بين مسئوليت پذيري با اخلاق حرفه اي، بين اخلاق حرفه‌اي معلمين با سرمايه اجتماعي و بين متغير مسئوليت اجتماعي با اخلاق حرفه‌اي ارتباط مثبت و معناداري وجود دارد. در نهايت نتايج معادلات ساختاري نشان داد كه مسئوليّت اجتماعي از طريق متغير ميانجي اخلاق حرفه‌اي بر سرمايه اجتماعي معلمين تربيت‌بدني شهر تهران اثر مثبت و معناداري دارد. مديران و مسئولين آموزش و پرورش شهر تهران با نهادينه كردن اخلاق و مسئوليت اجتماعي، علاوه بر افزايش سرمايه اجتماعي مي‌توانند باعث پيامدهاي مثبت منتج از سرمايه اجتماعي معلمين تربيت بدني گردند.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the role of social responsibility and professional ethics in promoting the social capital of physical education teachers in Tehran. The research was applied in terms of purpose and methodological, descriptive and correlational based on structural equations. The statistical population of this study included all physical education teachers in Tehran during the academic year 1398-1983, which were 2343 in total. Sampling using cluster sampling taking into account the statistical population of the sample size table was used Morgan sample and accordingly the sample size was 425 people. The standard questionnaires of social responsibility and Stuartz (2003), Moghimi and Ramadan professional ethics (2011) and Khodadad et al. (2010) social capital questionnaires were used to measure the research variables. Data were analyzed by SPSS and AMOS software for descriptive and inferential statistics. The results showed that there is a positive and significant relationship between responsibility with professional ethics, teachers' professional ethics with social capital and social responsibility variable with professional ethics. Finally, the results of structural equations showed that social responsibility through the mediator variable of professional ethics had a positive and significant effect on the social capital of physical education teachers in Tehran.
