نقدي بر عقلانيت سياسي از نظر آخوندخراساني

A critique of political rationality from the point of view of Akhund Khorasani

در اين مقاله با مراجعه به آثار مكتوب برجاي مانده از آخوندخراساني به بررسي ديدگاه اين شخصيت برجسته روحاني طرفدار نهضت مشروطه درمورد چگونگي سازماندهي امور عمومي جامعه پرداخته شده است. هدف: هدف آن است كه با بررسي دقيق‌تر ديدگاه­هاي ايشان در يك چارچوب مفهومي مشخص دريابيم كه راهكار پشنهادي ايشان درمورد اداره جامعه، كاهش ظلم شاهان و جبران عقب ماندگي ايران چه بوده است. در اين راستا با بهره‌گيري از رهيافت عقلانيت سياسي فوكويي كه به رابطه حاكم و مردم مربوط مي‌شود، سه عقلانيت سياسي تا كنون تحقق يافته از ديد فوكو يعني عقلانيت سياسي «اميرنشيني»، «شبانوارگي قديم» و «شبانوارگي جديد» را مورد توجه قرار داده و با عنايت به اصلاحات ديني تحقق يافته در مسيحيت غرب و مفاهيم مطروحه در فلسفه غرب در زمينه امور عمومي، ويژگي‌هاي سه عقلانيت مذكور بازشناسي، تفكيك و دسته‌بندي شده است. بدين‌ترتيب معيار لازم براي شناسايي عقلانيت مستقر در ادوار مختلف به‌دست آمده و در يافتن پاسخ به دو سوال: 1- آخوندخراساني براي تغيير كدام عقلانيت سياسي تلاش كرده است؟ 2- عقلانيت سياسي مطلوب وي كدام بوده است؟ به اين نتيجه رسيده‌ايم كه عقلانيت سياسي مستقر در دوران متصل به مشروطه برخلاف نظر عده‌اي از نويسندگان نه «شبانوارگي» بلكه «اميرنشيني» بوده و عقلانيت مطلوب اين عالم ديني «شبانوارگي قديم» بوده است. فرضيه: به‌نظر مي‌رسد كه عقلانيت سياسي مطلوب آخوندخراساني بر مبناي عقلانيت ديني و شرع بوده است.

Therefore, in the present article, which has been done in a descriptive-analytical method with the aim of analyzing the political rationality of the Khorasani clergy regarding governance, it was found that among the research and analytical sources on the political thought of the clergy, there are two important groups. The basis of the legitimacy of the government is the will of the people. By relying on some documents, reports and analyzes of the political positions of the mullahs during the constitutional movement, they have tried to make their thinking in a way compatible with Western democratic ideas, and in contrast. Put other Shiite jurists with political thought. On the contrary of this approach, there is a different and, of course, correct view and interpretation that the mullahs, like other jurists, have expressed in favor of the monopoly of the legitimacy of ruling over the jurists in the age of occultation.
