An Analysis of the Status of Awareness of Legal Responsibilities in Sport

ﻫﺪف از اﯾﻦ ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻖ ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ وﺿﻌﯿﺖ آﮔﺎﻫﯽ از ﻣﺴﺌﻮﻟﯿﺖﻫﺎي ﺣﻘﻮﻗﯽ ورزش در ﻣﺮﺑﯿﺎن، ﻣﺪرﺳﺎن و اﻋﻀﺎي ﻫﯿﺄت ﻋﻠﻤﯽ داﻧﺸﮕﺎه ﻓﺮدوﺳﯽ ﻣﺸﻬﺪ ﺑﻮد. ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺣﺎﺿﺮ از ﻧﻮع ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻘﺎت ﺗﻮﺻﯿﻔﯽ- ﭘﯿﻤﺎﯾﺸﯽ اﺳﺖ ﮐﻪ از ﻣﻨﻈﺮ ﺟﻤﻊآوري دادهﻫﺎ ﺑﻪ ﺷﮑﻞ ﻣﯿﺪاﻧﯽ اﻧﺠﺎم ﮔﺮﻓﺖ. ﺑﺮاي دﺳﺘﯿﺎﺑﯽ ﺑﻪ اﻫﺪاف ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ از ﻣﻘﯿﺎس ﺗﻌﺪﯾﻞﺷﺪة ارزﯾﺎﺑﯽ ﻣﺴﺌﻮﻟﯿﺖﻫﺎي ﺣﻘﻮﻗﯽ در ورزش ﺳﺎﺧﺘﻪﺷﺪه ﺗﻮﺳﻂ آﻟﯿﻦ و ﺑﯿﮑﻦ 1980)1( اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﺷﺪ. ﺟﺎﻣﻌﮥ آﻣﺎري ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ در 3 ﮔﺮوه ﺑﻪ ﺗﻌﺪاد 163 ﻧﻔﺮ ﻗﺎﺑﻞ ﺗﻔﮑﯿﮏ ﺑﻮدﻧﺪ ﮐﻪ ﺑﺎ ﺗﻮﺟﻪ ﺑﻪ ﻣﺎﻫﯿﺖ ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻖ، ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪ ﺑﺮاﺑﺮ ﺑﺎ ﺟﺎﻣﻌﮥ آﻣﺎري درﻧﻈﺮ ﮔﺮﻓﺘﻪ ﺷﺪه و از ﺳﺮﺷﻤﺎري اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﺷﺪ. ﺑﺮاي ﺗﺠﺰﯾﻪوﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ دادهﻫﺎ از آﻣﺎر ﺗﻮﺻﯿﻔﯽ و از آﻣﺎر اﺳﺘﻨﺒﺎﻃﯽ در ﺳﻄﺢ ﻣﻌﻨﺎداري 0/05 اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﺷﺪ. ﯾﺎﻓﺘﻪﻫﺎ ﺣﺎﮐﯽ از ﻧﺎﻣﻄﻠﻮب ﺑﻮدن ﻣﺆﻟﻔﻪﻫﺎي ﺑﯿﻤﻪﻫﺎي ورزﺷﯽ، ﻗﻮاﻧﯿﻦ و ﻣﻘﺮرات، ﻣﻮارد ﻣﺘﻔﺮﻗﻪ، ﻣﺴﺌﻮﻟﯿﺖﻫﺎي ﭘﺰﺷﮑﯽ و ﺛﺒﺖ اﻃﻼﻋﺎت ورزﺷﮑﺎران و ﻣﻄﻠﻮﺑﯿﺖ ﻣﺆﻟﻔﻪﻫﺎي ﻧﻈﺎرت و ﺳﺮﭘﺮﺳﺘﯽ، ﻣﻌﯿﺎرﻫﺎي ﻣﺮاﻗﺒﺘﯽ و ﺗﺠﻬﯿﺰات و اﻣﮑﺎﻧﺎت داﺷﺖ.. ﺑﻪﻃﻮر ﮐﻠﯽ آﮔﺎﻫﯽ ﺣﻘﻮﻗﯽ در ﻣﺮﺑﯿﺎن، ﻣﺪرﺳﺎن و اﻋﻀﺎي ﻫﯿﺄت ﻋﻠﻤﯽ اﻣﺮي اﺳﺖ ﮐﻪ ﺑﻪﻋﻠﺖ ﺣﺴﺎﺳﯿﺖﻫﺎي ﻧﻬﻔﺘﻪ در آن و ﭘﺮوﻧﺪهﻫﺎي ﺣﻘﻮﻗﯽ ﮐﻪ در ﺻﻮرت ﻧﺎدﯾﺪه ﮔﺮﻓﺘﻦ و ﻧﺎآﮔﺎﻫﯽ از ﻣﺴﺌﻮﻟﯿﺖﻫﺎي آن ﻣﺘﺼﻮر اﺳﺖ، ﺿﺮوري ﺑﻪﻧﻈﺮ ﻣﯽرﺳﺪ.

The aim of this study was to investigate the status of awareness of legal responsibilities in sport among coaches, professors and the faculty members of Ferdowsi University of Mashhad. The present study was descriptive-survey and field in terms of data collection. To fulfill the aims of the study, modified scale of legal responsibilities in sport by Allyn and Bacon (1980) was used. The statistical population included 163 subjects who were divided into three groups. Due to the nature of the study, the sample was equal to the statistical population using census sampling method. In order to analyze the data, descriptive and inferential statistics were used at the significance level of 0.05. The findings showed that the sport insurance, laws and regulations, sundries, medical responsibilities and the record of the athletes’ data were undesirable and supervision and administration, caregiving standards and equipment and facilities were desirable. Generally, due to the covert sensitivity and the legal cases which may result from unawareness and disregard of different aspects, legal awareness of coaches, professors and the faculty members of faculty is essential.
