چالش‌هاي روابط تركيه و آمريكا در دوره ترامپ و ارائه رويكردهاي رسانه‌اي

Challenges of Turkish-American Relations during the Trump Era and Suggestions for Media Coverage

روابط تركيه و آمريكا در دوره رياست جمهوري ترامپ دستخوش تغييرهايي شده كه زمينه را براي ‌ايجاد بحران‌هايي در روابط دو كشور فراهم نموده است.‌ اين مقاله در چارچوب نظريه نوواقع‌گرايي و با استفاده از روش توصيفي- تحليلي به بررسي بحران‌ها و چالش‌هاي موجود در روابط دو كشور در دوره ترامپ و تأثير ‌اين موانع بر روابط آنكارا- واشنگتن پرداخته است. يافته‌ها نشان مي‌دهد چالش‌هاي روابط دو كشور در دوره مورد مطالعه را مي‌توان در سه سطح داخلي، منطقه‌اي و بين‌المللي صورت‌بندي و تبيين كرد. موضوعاتي از قبيل بانك خلق، پرونده قتل خاشقچي، محاكمه برانسون، خريد موشك اس- 400 توسط تركيه، نقش آمريكا در كودتاي 15 جولاي 2016، گسترش احساسات ضدآمريكايي در تركيه و ويژگي‌هاي رواني و شخصيتي ترامپ و اردوغان در سطح داخلي، بحران سوريه و موضوع معامله قرن در سطح منطقه‌اي، و همگرايي تركيه با ‌ايران و روسيه، و مبارزه با داعش در سطح بين‌المللي از جمله مهمترين اختلافات دو كشور محسوب مي‌شوند. البته در مجموع با توجه به ماهيت روابط تركيه و آمريكا و منافع مشترك آنها، به نظر مي‌رسد ‌اين قبيل اختلافات نمي‌تواند حتي در كوتاه‌مدت موجب قطع روابط ‌اين دو موجوديت سياسي گردد.

Relations between Turkey and the United States underwent changes during the current era of Republican rule under the leadership of Trump, which has paved the way for crises in relations between the two countries. In the framework of Neo-Realist theory and using a descriptive-analytical method, this article examines the crises and challenges in relations between the two countries during the Trump era and the impact of these obstacles on Ankara-Washington relations. Findings show that the challenges of relations between the two countries in the period under study can be formulated and explained at three levels: domestic, regional and international. Issues such as the People's Bank, Khashgechi's murder case, Branson trial, buy S-400 missile by Turkey, US role in July 15, 2016 coup, spreading anti-American sentiment in Turkey and also Trump and Erdogan's psychological and personality traits at domestic level, the Syrian crisis and the issue of the Deal of the Century at the regional level, and Turkey's convergence with Iran and Russia and the fight against ISIS at the international level are among the most important differences between the two countries. Of course, in general, given the nature of Turkish-American relations and their common interests, it can be said that such differences cannot even in the short term lead to the severance of relations between the two political entities.
